    In 2010, Marco Rubio opposed amnesty and said that an 'earned path to citizenship' is just code for amnesty. Fast forward to 2013 and he is the leading spokesman for a bill that gives 11 million illegal aliens an 'earned path to citizenship'

    The Senate's immigration bill does not require most illegal aliens to pay back taxes before they are granted amnesty. So the IRS will continue to go after legal citizens while ignoring illegal aliens who are seeking amnesty!
