The Sub Prime bailout resulted from a culture of corruption. For years the government has looked the other way as millions of illegal immigrants entered this country.

The result construction companies have been more then happy to hire the far cheaper illegal immigrant worker and banks have arranged for illegal immigrants to get loans.

In the end the government is ultimately to blame. If the politicians had done their job their would not be any one for the corrupt construction company to hire or the corrupt bank lender to loan too.

Welcome Eclipse. The problem is most not all of the politicians are corrupt. You have the people who have created the problem telling us they need to fix the problem they created with our money. I think the Dems are scared to death to have this keep going because the "culture of corruption" has their finger prints all over it.

I feel that 99% of the politicians in Washington are corrupt, and a lot of our local and state officials as well.

My definition of a corrupt politician is one who puts his own interests above the best interests of this country and it's people. That covers all but a very few.

I'm glad they voted against amnesty, but to vote right when you are back into a corner doesn't make you a good guy.


There is a culture of corruption in this entire country. It isn't just the politicians, though, it's everywhere.

It's long past time to put these corrupt politicians on trial for Treason... look up the definition and you decide if it fits

You are exactly right! The Democrats got this ball rolling, the Republicans stuck their heads in the sdand and allowed it to continue. Both parties are equally guilty as are the People of the USA for not standing up a long time ago and demanding something be done.

This will be the 4th Presidential election in a row that the People have not had a choice in who to elect. It's the same old lesser of two evils choice. Neither candidate is fit to bring this country back to where it use to be. Both will just be a continuation of what is currently going on.
