Thread: C-Span wrong on SB 2611

C-Span has the title of the bill discussed as "S. 2611 Makes Changes to U.S. immigration policy increases border security."


C-SPAN has included a description that the public would support while excluding all of the language the public opposes.

We need contact e-mails and we need them going in ASAP to ask them to change it to be more balanced. S. 2611 increases immigration levels and increases border security. Something more balanced.

Please help get this effort together here on the boards. I have to run to get ready for tonight's media.

William, I just called C-Span and was transferred to their comments line. I left a message stating what your post suggested.

They just changed the message. Now says "Allows illegal immigrants who have been in US for more than 5 years to earn legal status"
