Thread: Let me get this straight??

Let me get this straight......we're trying to pass a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a president that also hasn't read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke.

What in the world could possibly go wrong?

Simple answer is this is the type of logic which has always been used inside the Beltway. I have had a state legislator confess to me that no one really has time to read every bill, and this was in the early 1990s.

With a bill like that it ought to make sense to everyone!
We have a huge problem of politicians with an ego problem not to mention thay haven't a clue to what they are doing in Washington.
