    Can Small towns SUE FEDS for publicity, action?

    Is it possible for small towns to sue the feds for NON-ENFORCEMENT of the laws, - Should Hazelton, and other small towns etc join together in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on government inaction?

    Of course they could. Texas won some huge lawsuits in the late '80s and early '90s relating to unfunded federal mandates. It's the same premise. States or towns could seek reimbursement for cost incurred due to federal inaction in an area of unique jurisdiction.

    Then Hazelton needs to fight back with the 10-20-30 other towns that want to do this, close donw the illegal immigration thing......

    Someone needst to STEP UP TO THE PLATE!!!!!!!!
