I listened to him as a boy, he had a 70 year career in TV, then in the ‘80’s, he switched to Radio..

..broadcasting from his ranch..

He was THE MAN..!

I knew him as a personal friend..

He was a big man, without being ‘big’..

Know what I mean..?

One day, my son told me a guy on the radio, back in ’93, that a man sounded just like myself..

..so I tuned in.. on THIS station..

THEN, it was called ‘KIV’ at the time..

I spoke with him MANY times..!

Then one day, he asked to speak with me, to my surprise..!

He was a BIG ‘buttermilk’ fan..

..a LOT of people we're fortunate, like myself, to know him..!

[I've listened to him many times, but ONLY during the past 2 years..! ]

I've called him many times for advise..

..and George has called me for advise too..!


This FIGHT, that we are fighting now..

..the illegal alien invasion..!

HE had been fighting for MANY years..!!

MANY people didn’t know this about him..

He was a democrat..

But back then, the democrats were of a different breed..

Now, he admits, the Democratic Party had changed..

..unfortunately, for the worse..!

I've learned from him, how to be a broadcaster..!

He ALWAYS told me there's NOTHING wrong with loving YOUR country..!!

..and he was RIGHT..!!

If you would like to call in about him, so be it..

..or if you would like to call in about our invasion, ok..!

William mentioned George Putnam today on his show, Last Americans Standing, and had a minute of silence. 90 plus years is a very long life and he certainly made an impact on a great many.

May the Lord comfort his family and friends as they celebrate his life.

..still working on my scribbles of the last 30 minute segment of Terry’s show..!

So glad William did a moment of silence for such a great man, George Putnam..!


Last week, Kevin James & his bud, Ed McKay, did a tribute to George also..!

I haven’t heard much of William’s show, "Last Americans Standing" ..just a little bit during one of his earlier shows, ..when he had Frosty Wooldridge on as a guest, or was it the other way around, the first ‘intro’ show..?!

..that time slot on Sunday, isn't good for me, I know he's got podcasts, & I'll have to jump over at them. He shouldn't feel bad, I couldn't possibly listen to everyone on the list..!

..but what I heard then, was great, ..consider him to be on my Radio/TV list, I know I've got to update it again, as I've found a few other talk hosts that are great also..!
