    That's why it was buried in the Manager's Amendment. They were hoping no one would know but Sen. Kyl let the cat out of the bag before the voting began.

    Maybe it's the Outer Limits.

    Anything but normal isn't it? Did they drug our water or something and this is just one long bad acid trip?

    Awe heck....why don't they just ask the whole world what we should do. They seem more interested in anybody elses opinion but the American People.
