    Is this even constitutional? This affects US citizens and legal residents only.

    So if citizens and legal residents disagree with the government about amnesty for illegals and protest, we would be branded "homegrown terrorists?

    So this is what happens when Democrats control Congress? I see a Republican in the house, the White House, that is!

    No it is not constitutional, in fact it destroys the last thread left that we had in the constitution.
