Thread: Excerpt from the bill - Blood from a turnip

Here is one of many great excerpts from the infamous bill. They constantly talk about "monetary fines" for the violators. As we all know they can come up with money to pay their coyotes but when it comes to paying the government, they'll claim poverty.

`(b) Improper Time or Place; Civil Penalties-

`(1) IN GENERAL- Any alien who is apprehended while entering, attempting to enter, or knowingly crossing or attempting to cross the border to the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil penalty, in addition to any criminal or other civil penalties that may be imposed under any other provision of law, in an amount equal to--

`(A) not less than $50 or more than $250 for each such entry, crossing, attempted entry, or attempted crossing; or

`(B) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) if the alien had previously been subject to a civil penalty under this subsection.

Oh wow!

If they don't have enough prosecutors currently to try them for the big crimes they're doing now, how do they think they're going to charge and impose penalties on very violator in the future?

According to federal laws now on the books ANY ILLEGAL WHO IS DEPORTED AND COMES BACK IS GUILTY OF A FELONY PUNISHABLE WITH PRISON.
