    Removing the Mexican mask

They are realizing the importance of playing by the rules. And they feel liberated when they do. When they talk of freedom, they mean more than the freedom of opportunity that comes with living here. They also mean freedom from things — from the double-dealings and multiple faces of the world they left behind. Octavio Paz, the Mexican poet, said every Mexican wears a mask and walks a labyrinth of solitude. But here, they're learning to take off their masks and trust those who lead. They're beginning to believe in "liberty and justice for all."

    Hmmmmmm.......

enter a country/culture where sacrifices in blood were made to attain th country/culture others want to partake of.

Yet, those demanding entrance are unwilling to stand up for themselves, to make things right in their homeland.

    Hmmmmm......

We are supposed to embrace cowards? Folks who will run away and take what others have sacrificed for?

    No thanks.

No cowardly sneaks here. We have enough of our own.

From the pictures I have seen they still wear their little bandanas over their faces while they wave their Mexican flag.

If they believe in justice, does that mean that we can count on them to turn themselves in for violating US immigration law?

    Troll on the loose!!

Let's get one thing strait, they don't give a rat's a_ _ about our laws or being free or what our fellow man has fought dearly to protect! All they want is a free ride at the expense of the true American Citizen! If they honestly wanted to be here, and not cause issues, they would go home and apply the right way!!

And what they believe is that they can manipulate us into giving them what they want. Liberty and Justice for all is what my forefathers fought for. You tell me one thing the illegals have fought for to make this country what it is...NOTHING!!! It's the blood of my fellow man who created this country and made it what it is, and the illegals want to take it over after the bloodshed and work have been done.

I have noted that many of the pro-invader cartel play upon the "white guilt" theme and revel in tossing out the "racism" label.

It is a good thing that they do this even though it angers many patriotic Americans.

Recall the "cry wolf" syndrome. Shout out something loud enough and long enough and the effects diminish to nothing. And, the unintended countereffects can harm those spewing their emotion-laden spewings with no proof to back up their emotive appeals. As Americans tire to the point of bile rising.....anger growing, a backlash could occur in the voting booth.

They yell racist but what about The League of United Latin America Citizens (LULAC) -- which bills itself as "the largest and oldest Hispanic civil rights organization in the United States and Puerto Rico" -- sponsors the website [b]WeAreRacists.com. [/b which has been taken off the internet.....
Call me a racist… but it’s not illegal to be a racist, however, it is illegal to enter this country except through proper channels.

Actually the description should be "subsidized illegal aliens" because it is the American taxpayer who has to pay for their education, health care, and infrastructure while the illegal employer unfairly has lower costs than his law-abiding competitors.
What America needs is far less political correctness and far more honest reporting as to how illegal immigration has contributed significantly to school overcrowding, traffic congestion, our health care crisis, environmental degradation, social tension, and other negative impacts upon our country.
