DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. -- A man has been arrested and charged after Davidson County deputies said he raped a 15-year-old girl.
Deputies said the girl's mom found 20-year-old Guadalupe Sarabia Guzman, of Danville, Va., inside her daughter's bedroom at about 5:50 a.m. Saturday.
Officers said that when deputies arrived at the home, Guzman was still inside the girl's room, where he was arrested.
Deputies said it appeared Guzman climbed into the girl's room through a window. Deputies didn't say if Guzman knew the girl.
He's been arrested and charged with one count of statutory rape and one count of resisting a public officer.
Guzman is being held on a $100,000 bond.

We need his immigration status ASAP even though Janet Napolitano of DHS has ordered local police not to give us that information.
There are still many local police loyal to the victims and Americans that might tell us.
