    Mexico's Outrageous Brief Against Arizona's SB 1070

Sorry mexihole but our agreements with you can be terminated at any time we so desire. The politicians in D.C. no longer speak for the majority of Americans on the issue of illegal alien mexicans invading our country. In fact the mexican nationals (YOUR CITIZENS NOT OUR"S) violate your own laws by NOT exiting the country at approved points of exit. Clean up your own cesspool and control your citizens and maybe just maybe we'll open a dialog on when and where YOUR citizens can legally enter OUR country!!! By the way this "friend of the court brief" was done with the help of "american attorneys". In MHO they should be stripped of citizenship and deported to mexihole!!! Feel free to let them know how you feel, contact info at bottom of article!!! Be polite but firm in your condemnation of their conduct supporting a foreign country and illegal aliens.

    Mexico's Outrageous Brief Against Arizona's SB 1070

Mexico meddles in U.S. immigration policy, as I've reported for years, but they keep getting away with it. After all, our own government allows and even encourages them.

So it's no surprise that the Mexican government has submitted a friend of the court brief supporting a suit against SB 1070 brought by a group of organizations including the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund and the ACLU.

The Mexican government's amicus curiae (friend of the court brief) can be perused online here
Mexican brief was filed on June 22nd in district court in Arizona.

    It begins thusly:

The current Mexican Ambassador to the United States Arturo Sarukhan is an amnesty hawk who believes that any Mexican should be able to hold any job anywhere in the United States. Ihave spoken with him in person and heard him say this at an event of the United States Mexico Chamber of Commerce. I have Mexican relatives including someone he knew and feel considerable good will towards the country.

However in my opinion there are too many Mexicans coming here and the best way to accelerate Mexico's development is to require ilegal aliens to leave.

The money used by binational families to bring them here could go into acquisition of productive assets by them there instead. With the expectation of amnesty too much of the money is going into 1) direct consumption of manufactured food from modern factories in Mexico City instead of local sourcing keeping money in their district 2) conspicuous modern houses instead of tools, silos, barns, warehouses and factory shells 3) transit fees to coyotes bringing in more illegals here.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

the mexican government needs to get their head on stright fast .... i thought they were suppose to be representing the best interests of the mexican peope ?

It was bad enough their president came to our country and bashed us , in person , in our own home ... but now their filing court breifs against internal us laws ?

Then of course they completely blew up the deaths of their citizens ...

at this time i'm not sure i really feel any malace towards mexico and it's people ...but if their goverment keeps acting out like this , over something that they KNOW is a problem for us ... well i can only get pushed around so much before the thought of a complete economic boycott of mexico starts to sound appealing ....

i don't like the direction US- mexico relations are heading , mexico isn't helping ....

The mere FACT that a foreign government dares to try to influence OUR INTERNAL POLITICS has me seeing RED!

Lawyers should be jailed, and or fined for bringing this suit

This lawsuit should not even be allowed to be filed. This Is one of the most egregious cases of abuse of our UNITED STATES court system that I have EVER seen. Mexico has NO JURISDICTION or standing to bring a lawsuit against THE PEOPLE of another country. This Is a complete outrage that should not be tolerated by our Federal or State governments,or OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM...
