YES.......they are not issued drivers licenses for a reason. That reason being they are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Since theyare in this country illegally they need to be deported along with the whole family. If they do not have a drivers license I would bet to say they do not have insurance. And for being illegal they sure drive some very nice high cost vehicles!

The narrator points out that these types of stops make the Hispanic communities less likely to report crimes. Come on people. They do not report crimes so they do not put themselves in jeopardy of being caught or reported for being ILLEGALLY in this country.

Just more excuses that we should not have laws enforced.

Interesting that probably many of the unlicensed drivers could most likely not read English about producing a license. Not only a DL check, but also proof of insurance would be good, as no one knows how many fraudulent licenses are out there.

They don't have a problem calling police in the sanctuary cities like the City of Miami and Miami Dade County. As for the DUI check point it is no different than pulling a person over for running a stop sign, speeding or being involved in a car accident. If they are here illegally and driving they do get caught. It is a chance they take. Miami Dade Police caught a guy who was speeding last month and when they ran him the officer found out that his visa expired in 2007.

How can this be DUI check points be considered "racial profiling" when every driver is stopped and not just picked at random.
Just because illegals are caught without a license more than others doesn't mean we should feel sorry for them.
They already know damn well that they have no right to drive.

Excusing illegals because there "here for a better life" is like exonerating Charles Manson because he didn't know any better!@!!%!$!

The Rule of LAWS for some and only American Citizens. American Citizens are paying the bills of government and the illegal aliens.

Why isn't IDs being check on everyone?

if i have to keep a valid DL and insurance, why can these law breakers roll around without? our public safety is in complete jepordy by ignoring aliens on our roadways. check points are the best way to keep them outta cars, and off the road! toss them in jail-deportation, and impound and auction the vehicles! in my area, these local ords terrify illegals. as soon as a city or village adopts a "no licsense-ins impound law" the aliens flee! take for instance- a walmart in a city that has no fine- impound ord will be wall to wall IA's. where a city with the impound fines, some as high as $800, and possible vehicle confiscation for no licsence or insurance, that walmart only has a few WIDE EYED "possible" IA's slithering inside. i love it. they know exactly whats going on!
