Thread: Illegal Immigration Letter

This is my second writing about the illegal immigrants. In my first comments I did not have time to include some very important points why the illegal immigrants should leave our country.

Actually, it is the illegal Mexicans, other criminal Mexicans, and their sympathizers (Mexico is the 5th largest oil-producing country in the world; the Mexican Government is just corrupt and America is "ENABLING" that corruption by letting Mexicans come here to America) that are causing all the trouble for all Americans, other immigrants (legal and illegal) in America.

Mexicans are sorry that they sold southern California in 1850 to the Americans for $18 million. Today, it has been estimated that, that portion of land is worth $484 billion.

Mexicans are trying to get control of America with their intensions being to send white Americans back to Europe, Asian people back to Asia countries, black Americans (after using them and laws meant for them) back to Africa, and even other latinos (non-Mexican), even latinos their present allies in agreement with them, would be either subservant or expelled from American soil also.

Other immigrants (legal and illegal), should be upset with these greedy, trouble-making feeling America- owes- them -something- Mexicans because they are making it hard on immigration in total. In the last 20 years, Mexicans account for an over-whelming, unporportionate, an unjust/unequal whopping 90% of immigrants (legal and illegal) to America. But, because I believe that everyone should be treated equally (as did the great Martin Luther King, Jr.). I unfortunately believe that all illegal immigrants should be made to leave America by having a "Blacks-Day-Off" in the American Penal System.

America should offer a $100. reward for information leading to the whereabouts of illegal immigrants,then use the transportation,resources,and manpower that America uses for the 12 million black american(descendants of the african slaves in america) men, women, and juveniles that are transported DAILY in the American penal system.have a "blacks day off" (in the American Penal System),and send ALL illegal immigrants OUT of our country for FREE!

Enforce our existing laws, arrest as many employers and aiders and abetters of illegals. In America 12 million black AMERICANS (men, women, and juveniles) are transported in the penal system DAILY.

One third of all black AMERICANS will go to jail before the age of thirty in America. Many of them committed illegal acts "because they were desperate, and were trying to feed their families" as Senator Kennedy said the illegal immigrants committed felonies because "they were desperate, and were trying to feed their families" BUT ILLEGALS should have felonies taken off of their records. SO take one felony taken off (as long as that felony is not of a violent nor sexual nature) EACH AMERICAN. Otherwise that is DISCRIMINATION against Americans.

A felon cannot vote, compete for good jobs, get credit/loans, nor run for office. If someone helps an American while that American is doing something illegal, that someone will go to jail for aiding and abetting. Why shouldn't people, employers, and agencies aiding and abetting illegals NOT GO TO JAIL?

Since the laws in America only refer to, have to be followed by, and are ONLY ENFORCED ON AMERICAN CITIZENS, and LEGAL IMMIGRANTS-then why doesn't America allow ONLY American citizens, and legal immigrants (that are thankful to be here) to enjoy Americas freedoms? Thank you Mr. Hal Fishman's for your 5/16/06 comment on illegal immigration (www.ktla.com/hal). How true and just you spoke, thank you for your courage, honesty, and patriotism to our great country.

If we had more men like you in politics, or running our country, it wouldnt be in the illegal Mexican/latino immigrant mess it has been in for the last 20 years, it is in now and looks like it will be if the House of Representatives does not represent the American people, and America's interest and safety.

I am sick of illegal immigrants hiding under the skirt-tails of black Americans (descendants) via the minority, equal, civil, and affirmative laws, amendments, and opportunities black Americans(descendants of American slaves) have slaved, served, fought for, were promised, and earned in their (American slaves and their descendants) 500 years in America (300+ years without pay and another 100+ with a fraction of the wage-rate other Americans had, and very little opportunities).

Ceasar Chevez, when asked to lead, support, or at least endorse or participate in the Civil Rights Movement DECLINED, repeatedly saying the plight, unification, and rights of MIGRANT WORKERS was his ONLY CONCERN.

THE great MARTIN LUTHER KING JR., the champion of peace, equality, non-violence, and his people (with the support of the great PRESIDENT JOHN F.KENNEDY, many WHITE Americans, and world-wide supporters, and also later, after the tragic assassination of our great PRESIDENT JOHN F.KENNEDY, PRESIDENT LYDON B.JOHNSON a wonderful president) DID lead the CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT (where was Ceasar Chevez and the latinos??).

The only latino I saw in the Civil Rights Movement was Harry Belafonte. I witnessed Harry Belafonte recieving an award from the Trans-African Forum on C-SPAN during which time Mr. Belafonte stated, "Who are they to tell us who our friends are? Why should we let our oppressers tell us who our friends are?" When Mr. Belafonte says, who are "they", I suppose he means white Americans. When he says, to tell "us", I suppose he means black Americans. When he says, who our "friends", he means illegal immigrants/illegal latinos. Well first of all, "they" white Americans although once some many owned slaves, have during slavery days helped slaves to freedom with the "Underground Railroad" - did latinos? "They" also marched along side blacks during the Civil Rights March - did latinos? "They" out number blacks in protesting against the KKK at KKK rallies - did/do latinos?

No, latinos only hide under blacks skirts and laws to (gain for ONLY themselves - what kind of "friends" would do that, Mr. Belafonte?) that "they" made to help blacks gain equality (how do latinos treat blacks in their countries? - I know Mexicans presently treat their countries blacks {Mexicans' former SLAVES in Mexico} very bad. Even depicting blacks on postage stamps, and in newspaper comic strips to this day as Jim Crow USED TO 100 years ago in America). The Los Angeles Black Urban League or Islamic group were on t.v. protesting against the stamps being sent to and from America from Mexico. What kind of "friends" would do that, Mr. Belafonte?

How many black latinos (former latin owned african slaves that have been in latin countries since slavery began in the 1500's) in latin countries do you see in political offices or in any high-standings? The answer to that is "zero", while in white-ruled America at least some black Americans hold political office and are in positions of high-standing in America.

So, don't tell me that latinos are less racists against blacks than whites. Latinos are far more racists against blacks than whites are. Even the "Minutemen" speak on behalf of black Americans saying, "If preference should be given to anyone in America if should be given to black Americans (that have been here for 500 years) instead of illegal immigrants/mexicans and latinos." Even the "Minutemen" want an alliance with black Americans because it is just, and even they (the "Minutemen") are sick of seeing the injustice being done to blacks on behalf of illegal immigrants/mexicans and latinos.

There were black Americans with and for the Minutemen and America. The ones that were shouting against the Minutemen, were not shouting for immigrants, they were shouting against the Minutemen - even though what the Minutemen were saying was true and just.

Mr. Belafonte, you said on C-SPAN at the Trans-African Forum, that you, "took both the Crips and the Bloods (one latino gang, and one African American gang) to a Latin country, and then took them both to an African country to let them see how similar their origins are". They must have been even more "similiar" then you expected when you first layed eyes on them (Crips and Bloods), because they are BOTH BLACK gangs that originated in the Los Angeles, Compton, Long Beach area in the early 1980's (1980 or 1981, I believe). If you wanted to take a LATINO gang, you should have taken a gang like the "MS 13" gang memebers, or the "L.A Florencia" gang memebers to the African country. Latino gangs KILL BLACKS onsite in black neighborhoods, schools, jails and prisons daily (they practice this hatred of blacks in their latino countries as well). What kind of friends are those? A number of ways that "your friends" (illegal Mexicans/latinos) take over black neighborhoods is when they out grow their neighborhoods. They send some of the women and children to see if they can get into black neighborhoods if they can, then here come their criminal children, spouses, or relatives who think they are going to rule and get more of their kind (they have extremely large families) into the neighborhood. When usually black gangs in the neighborhood get tired of them pushing and their numbers growing thats when latino politicians call in the law and send them into the black neighborhoods with "gang injunctions" for not only black gang memebers but any young black males that might be a threat to their plans to over take, and over run the neighborhood with their own kind; and their own (illegal Mexican/latino) gangs to force blacks out of the neighborhood with threats of violence, shooting outside their residences, beatings, burglarys, and intemidation (talk about the illegals living in fear, because they are illegal, they are no where in the kind of fear, that blacks are in, in their own neighborhoods and schools to the point of rather-be-homeless-on-Skid Row). Another (illegal Mexican/latino) take over black neighborhood/school tactic is to come to black neighborhoods after a disaster such as what the so-called "South Central Farmers" did six years ago in South Central L.A an almost all black neighborhood till just six years ago (after riots, and etc.). Another example of (illegal Mexican/latino) take over black neighborhoods/schools after the Katrina disaster in Lousiana the Mexican government sent 100 giant truck loads of so-called "supplies" to the Katrina victims area (most of the victims were already gone), by the time the Mexican government came up with the plan to send NOT truck loads of water, medicines, and supplies BUT illegal Mexican/latino immigrants - 100 truckloads full to Louisiana shortly after that (as Louisiana authorities will verify) there were countless illegal workers cleaning up as well as MS 13 gang memebers in the Louisiana area! What a coincidence. What a take over! In the Los Angeles area, there are 3 black apartment projects that are targeted next I heard with a gang injunction (Imperial Highway, Nickerson Gardens, and one other) that I hope the honorable Mayor Villaigrosia (whom I admire because he said he would not be where he is today, if were not for Martin Luther King, Jr.) he shows great respect to blacks by walking in the Martin Luther King parade all the way and attending the great Coretta King's funeral and the great Rosa Parks funeral and appointing blacks such as the great sportsman Magic Johnson, and the outstanding actress Alfred Woodard on special city council seats as well as works closely with the honorable Councilman Bennard Parks (almost like an assistant mayor) tries to send gang intervention programs to instead of a task force just to clear the black gangs out (via jail/prison, shooting the black youths, or just sending away out of the community unassisted and not helped). To make way for more illegal Mexicans/latinos and their gang enforcement, and take over of 3 more black communities and schools. They have made such progress with latino only gang intervention programs, latino only cultural centers, charter latino only schools, recreational/parks, and outreach programs. I hope they'll do the same for the 3 black neighborhoods that are targeted next. We'll see. An all latino L.A school district board said latino only charter schools (that are using public schools' money) was not discriminating. I hope there is not a conflict of interest. We'll see.

I was thankful that the (still Honorable in my eyes), L.A Mayor Villaigrosia was not there in defense of the so-called "South Central Farmers" racist rally. The 350 "LATINO ONLY" farmers (?) do not care how they make the Mayor look (the Mayor does not care how he looks either, calling the racists exclusionary of blacks (except for the one or two black men (SELF ONLY -SERVING TRAITERS who are told what to say and where to stand by the illegal Mexican/latinos and their Mexican/latino ONLY sympathizers) they pay with sex, money, drugs or other favors to speak publicly for them, putting a black face on their racists against black Americans profiteering, trying to fool the public.. trying to make it look like their profit making farm is somehow benefiting blacks too) group all they care about is their selfish, racist, greedy quest for American dollars and American land (especially land in previously all black neighborhoods). I wonder if the IRS knows that the "South Central Farmers" also known as, "the Community Food Bank" also knows as, "the Farmers Market", also known as, "the Inner-Faith ? for Peace and Justice in the Community" have been living rent-free at tax payers expense (for the last 2 years at Mr. Horiwitz's expense; growing food for only them (the 350 South Central Farmers and their families all latino- probably, mostly illegal Mexican/latino immigrants). What they dont eat they sell at their Latino-only owned Farmers Market, for profit that they keep. They share nothing with the community. All this is profit, free food, and so-forth is profit for the 350 so-called South Central Farmers. All the farmers are Latino. Not one black participates nor benefits. They call their 350 latino only selves "The Community". ICE and the IRS should be at City Hall room 340 when these racists and their one or two black men puppets. One of the black men can't speak english - 10AM Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays. And what illegals and tax evaders they dont pick up at City Hall 10AM Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, they should pick up July 12th at Civil (or some) Court where they have been boasting that they will get Mr. Horiwitz's 16 million dollars worth of land FREE of charge, GIVEN to the 350 of them by a judge JULY 12th at some Los Angeles COURT. The IRS and ICE need to find out why they are calling themselves so many different names, why they are not owing the city for 4 or 5 years, and why they aren't owing Mr. Horiwitz for the last 2 years after the prior 4 or 5 years, under the guise of being a Community Food Bank; while profiting and where are those profits the 350 of them share? In their pockets. They are living off of Housing Authority, eating off of Government Food Stamps, growing agriculture at tax payers expense and selling what they don't eat for their own pockets. Looks like Welfare and Housing Authority ought to be their with ICE and the IRS to ask them some questions while their at City Hall begging for whats NOT theirs, something they have NOT earned, and have profited from. And also Welfare, Housing Authority, ICE and the IRS should be there waiting for the greedy, ungrateful, racists illegal Mexicans and latinos and their Mexican/latino only sympathizers, and oh yes, their one or two black men self-only serving crackhead puppets at the Court building JULY 12th 2006. Ask for greencards, and also ask Mr. Daryl Hannah (star of the movie, "Whore"), how much is he (i mean she) making off the whole 16 million dollar attempted theft? And why is it that he/she does not like the black people who used to live where the plants are, better known as the "homeless people on Skid Row" (which are predominately black) and seems to feel the plants should take president over people? Why wouldn't he/she advocate something that would benefit more than just 350 illegal latino immigrants and their Mexican/latino sympathizers? Something that would benefit all of the REAL community which consists (in the 9th district) of 350,000 people of all races. At least that Mr. Horiwitz (who was nice enough to let them profit off of his property for 2 years, free of charge - didnt even give him one head of lettuce in 2 years) do what he wants with his own property. Send a message that America is not going to give 350 farmers 16 million dollars worth of property (500,000 dollars worth of property each) at LA tax payers, black community memembers, nor Mr. Horiwitz expense, just because they farmed and profited off of land that they had not rights to in the first place. We want them to go home now. Have "Blacks Day Off" in the Penal System, and send them home free or pay $500 for a plane ticket to send one illegal Mexican/latino home, that would be equal to just one trip to an Emergency Room, OR just one months Welfare, OR just one months issuing of food stamps, OR just one dental visit, OR just only 1/3 of one months housing cost, OR just only 1/2 of one months SSI (Social Security check).


Their signs should read instead of we want "JUSTICE" - "WE WANT JUST US" to have anything in America! There was that same black man that was saying (before all this rallying for that public land began), that he wanted something for ALL of the community on the public land. He was trying to make a statement today along with the black lady and while he was talking the illegal Mexican/latinos and their latino only sympathizers started yelling and shoving to keep the reporter and camera person from hearing them. It was on t.v. today. They (illegal Mexican/latinos) feel that they are the only ones who have the right to say anything. Anyone who says anything against them, gets shouted down, so they can't be heard, get shoved, beaten, signs takin away, and etc. They feel their numbers give them the power to with force deny people their Civil Rights and rights of Freedom of Speech. They feel the only ones with that right (while most of them here are illegal). All Im asking for is equality and justice for black Americans -for all American citizens! This is not a latin ran country..please lets not let it be soon. Please watch C-SPAN, public t.v. for the "Full Disclosure" show (especially Brooke Youngs' Documentary that was on Full Disclosure showing about illegals and their real intensions from their mouths). It is time for all Americans including the black panthers and the KKK, all Americans of every nationality, join together to get back to the equality for ALL and the justice for ALL agenda.

Only today (6-13-06) the so-called South Central Farmers were evicted from their privately and for only themselves farm in what was until six years ago an almost all black neighborhood. They served 350 Mexicans/latinos (legal and illegal) families. Illegal Mexicans/latinos have been threatening, beating, and murdering blacks in order to take over and oust blacks out of black neighborhoods and black schools so that they (illegal Mexicans/latinos and their children) can have them. That is why there is 90,000 homeless men, women, and children (predominately black) in Los Angeles City alone, many live on Skid Row. They used to live in South Central until the illegals needed it for their numbers were growing by the tens of thousands daily in Los Angeles alone. What room illegal Mexicans don't need for their many, many children they want and demand for their plants - tens of acres to make sure blacks cant return. They (illegal Mexican/latinos) want to purchase for theirselves only. Previously black neighborhoods with tax payers money! What kind of "friends" would do that, Mr. Belafonte? I guess Mexicans think they can buy America back ten acres by ten acres with Americans' tax dollars. What kind of fools do they take us for? It is definately time for the illegal Mexicans/latinos to go home and this is not their home. A black man had said on t.v. months ago that he wanted the farm to be replaced with something for the whole community, not just something for illegal Mexicans/latinos, a Developer had plans to put a park for ALL the community (blacks, whites, asians, latinos and others included), and a soccer field (for ALL the community), and recreation center for inner-city children in the community (ALL of the community). Thats why I was so shocked to see that selfish and greedy illegal Mexicans/latinos and their Mexican/latino sympathizers were fighting to purchase the land with public money for just themselves (350 latino families) to grow plants, not to live there, just to grow plants. Plants are very nice, but plants should not take the place of what the black man was saying should be put there for ALL the community. Every race EQUALLY! Latinos are only for latinos, and are racist. What kind of "friends" are those, Mr. Belafonte? I frankly believe that the Developer should put afforable housing apartments there for many of the homeless people to come back home to South Central L.A, instead of sleeping on the street with rats, and roaches. Or living in shelters indefinately. Thats why I could not believe that the great Danny Glover (brilliant actor) who has made such bold statements about injustices and racism in such movies {with the great angel of mercy, a claimed actress, and now a brilliant author Oprah Winfrey my idol and unaware-of-being-the- "saver-of my life" years ago with one of her early 1980's t.v. talk show} the "Color Purple", and "Beloved"); came to South Central L.A, to help the racist illegal Mexicans/latinos (and their latino only sympathizers) fight for something they never should of had but, acquired unjustly at the expense of poor blacks, making them homeless. I now recall seeing Mr. Glover present at the Trans-African Forum (on C-SPAN), applauding Harry Belafonte as he gave that racist, anti-black/pro-illegal latino and misleading, "Who are they..." speech. So I'm gathering that Mr. Belafonte sent Mr. Glover to assist the so-called, "South Central Farmers" racist against blacks movement. Mexicans (legal and illegal) believe that blacks are on their property and that not only, Southern California... all of America rightfully belongs to Mexicans or at least thats the way they are justifing their mistreatments of blacks in America. I am guessing also, that Mr. Belafonte also sent the Black Union leader that spoke on behalf of Illegal Mexicans/latinos at the Washington, D.C so-called "Great American March/Rally" as the Black Union leader said, word for word Mr. Belafontes' racist, anti-black, pro-illegal latino "Who are they..." speech (without saying where or from whom he had heard it). I was always raised to respect my elders but in the name of justice, and truth, I must say to Mr. Belafonte, you need to stop hurting black people, you have been doing this (hurting black people) that I know of since the McCarthism/Black List days, when you said yourself on "Black Listed", that many blacks thought that you had been "snitching" to the white man and were shunning you because Ed Sillivan (one of the "they"-a white man-, you spoke of in your speech) took you off the Black List and put you on his show (which you were glad to go dancing and singing on in order to better YOUR career without reguard for the blacks that were still on the list). They weren't shunning you because they thought you had snitched, they were shunning you because you seemed two-faced, self-serving, and had no loyalty to those who were Black Listed because of injustices that you knew of, were not allowed to go on his show! In reguards, Mr. Belafonte to that part you were talking about, "When Martin and I were planning...", I dont believe if memory serves me right, and I do remember, my parents and grandparents, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters, and many we knew were marchers and watched the t.v and newspapers religiously concerning the Civil Rights Movement; I dont believe that you were that high up there next to the great Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.. You sir, were a great protector, escort for the outstanding queen of the Civil Rights Movement, the late Mrs. Coretta King, and the children. I remember my mom remarking that, she wouldn't be surprised if you were the great Mrs. King's brother of cousin or something because you were always alongside the great Mrs. King and the children. Someone in the organizations during the McCarthism/Black lists days and probably that same one during the Civil Rights days was trying to foil blacks and black causes by making blacks looks anti-America and Communist. I am certainly not saying its you but you didn't exactly make us look like American patriots with your Trans-African American Forum speech -"Who are they to tell us who our friends are?" "Why should we let our oppressers tell us who our friends are?" Illegal Mexican/latinos are not our friends.When MEXICO'S mexican President Fox said, "America is making mexicans in America do jobs EVEN BLACKS won' t do". Also, an illegal mexican in America said on tv, "I EVEN have to work for A BLACK MAN in America".Mr. Belafonte, if these are what you call black's "friends", then "friends" like that BLACKS DON'T REALLY NEED! One of the "THEY"(the most importatant white American in the WORLD) DEFENDED BLACKAMERICANS by saying (after the world-reknown Rev. Jessy Jackson personally {and publically} went to Mexico to get an apology from Mexico's mexican Pres. Fox for his racist statement {the sentiment of most mexicans} concerning blacks, AND FOX {Mr. Belafonte's "friend"-NOT BLACK'S}"REFUSED TO GIVE ONE")"I want a "comprehensive immigrant guestworker program" (black Americans {decendants of American slaves} DO NOT WANT A GUEST WORKER PROGRAM COMPREHENSIVE OR OTHERWISE at this time - there are TOO MANY illegal immigrants here {in America} already that we need to send home FIRST) but we did appreciate the President saying the following part in answer to the racists anti-black American remark that Fox had made earlier, "so that guest workers can come from mexico and do jobs in America, that "AMERICANS" (including black Americns) DO NOT WANT TO DO". So according to your words, and philosophy, Mr. Belafonte, "they"(our oppressers according to Mr. Belafonte - whites) defend us when "our friends" - according to Mr. Belafonte (meaning latinos) insult and degrade us (black Americans). "Whites are NOT our enemies - illegal immigrants/mexicans and latinos ARE, and I will thank you not to say that they are our (black Americans) oppressers because they are not nearly as much as the latinos (your people) are. And as far as "us", you, Mr. Belafonte are neither black nor American - you are anti-black, pro-illegal Mexican/latino because you are latino. I am appealing to all black Americans (descendents of American slaves) to not listen to, nor follow Mr. Harry Belafonte advise, suggestions, nor actions, and I am appealing to all black Americans (of all slave/non-slave- American or not descent) to do the same. I am appealing to all Americans to please, fight for America before its too late because its in all of our best interest, because it is not to the interests of illegal Mexican/latinos nor their latin countries that rule them (illegal Mexicans/latinos). It is going to take all Americans and their representatives to support "Blacks-Day-Off" in the Penal System, to send the illegal immigrants home, secure our borders, enforce our existing laws, and pass HR190 or something similar to say NO citizenship to babies born in the U.S to non-citizens of the U.S. (this means migrant workers, guest, visitors, exchange students, and especially illegal immigrants in our country)! Citizenship that has been given in the last 20 years should be revoked to all who do not have American citizen parents (mother nor father) except for those that have served in the military or the service and his/her spouse and children. But I know thats asking too much. We must not let our great country be takin over and turned into a poverty riden and racist country full of turmoial riots, over population and hate. To the black representatives, please do not sell your constituants for votes, nor any reason.
Slavery started by Africans selling their own people at first and then it go out of hand, so please dont let history repeat itself, by being a black representative who is selling the people who trusted him or her even if you think its for our own good (as those first African tribal leaders thought). Because if you sell us now, for the latino vote... it will get out of hand and then there will be no stopping it! You could put blacks back 500 years. They are not our friends, they never have been, they never will be. They are only using and tricking... its time to chase them from under black Americans skirts and from hiding behind our laws, rights, admendments, and etc. You are our black voice, blacks want illegals out now! Let our voices be heard. As you are trusted to do.
White representatives, I strongly suggest you do the same. All representatives, all American that is... please stand together. I hope I dont see anymore rouge, anti-black faces standing with our real oppressers (illegal Mexican/latinos and their Mexican and latino only sympathizers). Blacks of every kind, even if you just look black, decline to represent blacks and any further illegal Mexican/latino rallies, marches, protest, boycotts, or whatever. If you cant be for blacks, for equality, then please go sit down somewhere.


Yes, this great nation was built by immigrants, AND (everyone leaves this part out) SLAVES AND THEIR DESCENDANTS! The Minority and Equal Opportunities Acts were basically to force whites to hire black Americans (descedants of American slaves-a sort of REPARATION some say) - But it IS NOT when America starts IMPORTING majority peoples here to America by the tens of millions and stamping then certifified MINORITY MEMBERS NOW for the sole purpose of getting American employers to hire NON-BLACK minority members. There are basically now TWO distinct and very DIFFERENT MINORITIES in America. There are first the REAL American minority members black Americans (descendants of American slaves) here in America for 500 YEARS. They (African American slaves) were BROUGHT to this new land 500 years ago by AMERICANS, and circumstances beyond their control, therefore black Americans (descendants of American slaves) have EARNED, OVER CENTURIES certain rights, and are (as LEGAL AMERICANS FOR MANY CENTURIES) "ENTITLED" to certain American considerations, and promises because of the injustices, inequality, and exclusions from prosperities that they (descendants of American slaves) had to suffer, and endure for the first (at least) 400 years (of those 500 YEARS)! THEY ARE PROVEN AMERICANS and America owes them at least a little consideration, respect, and alliance when it comes to alien/foreign newcomers legal and especially illegals. EQUAL UNDER THE LAW APPLIES IN AMERICA TO AMERICANS NOT ILLEGALS. SO BLACK AMERICANS (DESCENDANTS OF AMERICAN SLAVES) AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS SHOULD NOT BE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW IN AMERICA. AND I FEEL ALL IMMIGRANTS THAT CAME AFTER THE MINORITY ACT SHOULD BE CATEGORIZED IN A DIFFERENT MINORITY GROUP THEN BLACK AMERICANS (DESCENDANTS OF AMERICAN SLAVES). I AM LOOKING INTO THE LEGAL ASPECTS OF CORRECTING THESE INJUSTICES TO BLACK AMERICANS (DESCENDANTS OF AMERICAN SLAVES).

American leaders have so quickly (before the ink was even dry!), so generously (till blacks can hardly get them {minority rights and equal opportunities} themselves), and so freely giving black Americans (descendants of American slaves) hard-fought-for, long-timed-suffered-for, long over-due minority status, equal opportunities, affirmative action, and etc. to ANY and EVERYbody from ALL over the WORLD who clammers by the tens of millions to America, or sneaks in from Mexico to have a U.S. born baby for those very status' and rights, to the point that black Americans (descendants of American slaves) never even had a chance to see if these rights, amendments, actions, and etc. WOULD (purposely past-tensed) have made much difference equality-wise. I guess black Americans (descendants of American slaves) never will know. Blacks are standing at the end of the line for these rights, which they fought so hard for, pretty soon they won't be able to see the front of the line, and after that they wouldn't be able to access them at all! THEN (or should i say BECAUSE) there is the newly arrived MINORITY BY CHOICE to whom America owes NOTHING to and should not even tolerate any longer if demands for MORE MORE MORE continue.THEY (illegal latinos, AND their LATINO sympathizers) if America is so bad then please GO HOME! TAKE THE SKILLS YOU GAINED IN AMERICA AND GO HOME! We Americans do not MIND paying even as much as a $1.00 extra for a piece of fruit or vegetables, or a piece of chicken- if you would just please GO HOME! The peace of mind, drop in crime, better healthcare, better schools, better housing, less traffic and crowding, the increase in social services and fundings for Americans, having to pay less taxes, less alcohol-related deaths/accidents, as well as less crowded jails (the need for more jails), and STILL having an American middle-class would make paying that extra $1.00 a BARGIN at any price. Speaking of crime, what a black American man, Tookie Williams (Noble Peace Prize winner) did was wrong, and i'm not condoning it (though he was remorseful, and did apoligize in his Noble Peace Prize winning book {I heard he was refused a reprieve because he did not apologize}) was put to death by a lethal-injection, then later that very same Supreme Court said a lethal injection was not HUMANE enough for a LATINO Death Row inmate who brutally kidnapped, raped, beat, murdered, and mutilated an innocent little 17 year old girl. He (the latino), was not humane to his victim, and why is he to be more humanely treated than Tookie Williams (a black man in America)? I guess his death sentence has been commuted to a life sentence (I wouldn't be surprised if they don't release him soon with an apology and best wishes, stating time servered!) (knowing NO doctor will go against his "hypocratical oath" and assist nor even be in attendance for the LATINO'S injection. Our American Government obviously KNOWS that there is TWO very different minority groups in America now because they (our American Government has 2 very different sets of laws)- one for black Americans (descendants of American slaves), who has to follow laws and will be felons (not able to compete for jobs, nor vote, run for office, get credit/loans and etc.) FOREVER on his/her record if trying to "feed there families", and will get an INHUMANE (no doctor required) lethal injections. And one for LATINOS in America criminal, (legal and illegals) who should NEVER have to go by the LAWS of our country (laws are now being changed so that they can continue their criminal activities in this country and to protect them from the laws) and for whom felonies don't even count (even though illegally in someones country (home), even if stealing identities and social security numbers of Americans, even after raping and murdering little American girls they (illegal latinos and criminal latinos), and especially when they are commiting crime after crime, felony after felony "because they are trying to feed their families". Reagan (in 1986 began these illegal injustices towards black Americans with amnesty for 3 million - really 12 million Mexicans), and the leaders of our (still, but won't be for long if this latin invasion continues) great country are no longer giving the AMERICAN PEOPLE a choice, NOR a voice in the "illegal latin invasion" - that is clear to all - They (American leaders), or shall I say "Latin leaders" representing the AMERICAN PEOPLE have single-handedly took the the TRUST that "WE, THE PEOPLE" of the the United States of AMERICA gave them, and selfishly changed it with no reguards nor respect to us, to "WE,THE PRESIDENT" - "WE,THE SENATE" - "WE, THE CORPORATIONS..." - "WE,THE MAYORS"...I, along with all of those in AMERICA (EXCEPT for ILLEGAL MEXICANS, ILLEGAL LATINOS AND THEIR "LATINO ONLY" INTERESTED SYMPATHIZERS) PRAY that it won't also be "WE, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES...", because if our House of Representatives betrays us like the Senate has by NOT sending the illegal and criminal latinos out of our country while it's still a great country, our next (new) Contitution will begin "WE,THE LATINOS OF AMERICA...". It is not inhumane, nor unjust for a country and its REPRESENTATIVES to RESPECT "ALL" OF IT'S PEOPLE AND THEIR LAWS. They say they have a court date in July to try to get the people they chased out of the neighborhood site that is now plan for the whole community, instead of just them. Anonymous, I think we were all starting to do just fine together, I mean all Americans, until the illegal immigrants came in, and started whining and demanding rights and basically tearing up what we as Americans were starting to achieve together.

Was it all perfect? No not yet, nor will it ever be "perfect", but we were finally getting to the point of not seeing each other for skin color, but for who we were, as humans, as Americans, united for the same reasons.

We all have something important to give to one another, no matter of our skins color. When I once had to explain to my little girl why she saw a historical documentary on slavery, a man being beaten by another, man, because back then the law allowed for the man with darker skin to be a slave and the white man could do anything he wanted with them or to them, she gasped and said "that' terrible, that white guy should go to jail!!". I told her I more than agreed, but unfortunately it was a time when it was allowable in some parts of America and it was a long time ago (fortunately), so we could not change the past, but we can make sure the future was better.

It made me glad to see how innocent she was, that to her just your skin color should never have been any reason to be so bad to another person, that's what it is all about, keeping that childhood innocence about racism so they will never consider it as adults.
