    MY DAAY IN COURT

I spent the day today at the city of Compton, Superior Court. I had to go there because I was the victim of Identity theft on my driver’s license, and I had outstanding tickets from 9 years ago. Even though I did not have a court date I talked them into letting me go before a judge because I am in the military. As such I attended court in the afternoon and was seen last. There were 100 other suspects in front of me and almost all of them were there on “failure to appearâ€

Glad you won, ID theft can take years to clean up. Just saw the news on local LA tv about the towing, the law states that your car will be impounded for 30 days, if you have no drivers licence when stoped , and can cost around $1300 tp bail it out. Also you must prove insurance and a licenced driver must pick it up.

The city has placed a monatorium on the 30 rule till the courts rule on it.
I may have the details off a little as it was on TV.I will post it when its in print.

LA is pro illigal immigrants. California is pro extremely high taxes, extremely high gas prices, extremely high property taxes. I don't understand why anyone would live there that didn't absolutely have to.

Actually, California's property taxes are low. It's the prices of the houses that are sky high.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

Unfortunately, California is sliding into the abyss; Los Angeles is almost if not already there. The loons in the California legislature and on the LA City Council will have no one left to tax when the rest of the educated citizenry move away and only impoverished illegals remain.

I'll bet you've just predicted the future for LA, and maybe most of California.
No one wants to live in cities that are infested w/gangs, crime and graffiti. I'm just scraping by and hoping to get up enough money to get out.
