Thread: Biased C-SPAN Minute Man Protest Coverage

Did anyone catch the C-SPAN coverage of the Minuteman DC protest (a little after 12 noon)?

Instead of focusing on the Minutemen, all cameras and microphones were directed at the counter-protesters!?!?!?! The viewers got to read all their signs (CHANGE YOUR NAME BUT YOU'RE STILL KKK, and NO ONE IS ILLEGAL, ect.) and hear them chant ("We dont want your racist lies", "No one is illegal"). Yet when they did show the Minutemen, briefly, it was a side view which made it all but impossible to read any of their signs and no microphone was close enough to hear anything they were saying.

Absolute B.S.!!!!!!

I just read the other thread regarding the protest. I must have caught just the last few minutes of coverage because I didnt see anyone speak (shoot). Hopefully the coverage was MUCH better earlier on...because those last few minutes SUCKED!

The protesters were beating on loud drums trying to drowned out the minutemen. Did you noticed how many young white people were in the protesters crowd? This is what is being taught in the university's today, to support globalization?

I said the same thing on the other thread about the racial make-up of the counter-protesters. They were saying "no one is illegal, the minutemen are evil"!
