The government says that illegals will not get the rebate. Think again. If an illegal has a fake ss number but a current address and ss taxes are taken out and they have filed a tax return AS SPANISH TELEVISION UNIVISION ENCOURAGES THEM TO DO then I see no reason that the IRS or treasury will not send them a check.

BTW I would encourage AMERICANS to spend this stupidity on AMERICAM goods and services and avoid Chinese products! We should be doing this anyway!

They know which numbers are bad. They are thousands of numbers that are all zeros or nines.

I agree with you...Alot of illegals are going to get the rebate checks, but the government isn't going to tell us about it!

Actually, I believe that for common bogus ones like:

000-00-0000 and 123-45-6789 and 111-11-1111 there are not thousands but millions of people that have specified these as their very own SSN.
Now, who might do such a thing anyhow???

There is also ITN abuse which is using a registration number that is supposed to be used only for passive income such as interest, dividends, rent etc. instead of a Social Security number for the illegal aliens active income from salary and wages.

i will gladly accept 1/1000th of 1% of the total amount the illegals receive from this "loop hole cash bonanza",(they aint sposed to get a dime) as opposed to the $1600 or whatever i get. that can buy me a nice summer home on a lake in upstate wisconsin! $1600 x 30 mil criminals ? like all the dunkin doughnut shops that were given 300k each out of the 911 victim fund, the USA tax payer will robbed again! oh, but us citizens will get a shopping trip to wal-mart or the like, ... on our own tab.

i will be using mine to buy things from out of state companies that dont charge tax.

From the illegals perspective, what country could offer more hospitality and cash for breaking the laws of the land?

They will get up to $2,000 (for families with children) ...as long as their social security numbers match. That's what I heard on NPR but do you really believe that's going to happen?

Imagine the Millions of dollars sent to illegals that could go to needy U.S. and legal resident families.

In Utah, the illegal immigration problem is a nightmare. Because of religion, people tend to adopt the "compassion" bandwagon but based on the messages on KSL.com board, it is pretty obvious that Utah residents are getting fed up with illegal immigration. For example, just today the cops busted a theft ring (yes, mexicans) who target over 100 homes. What did they do? Knock on the door. No answer, they kicked the door in or broke windows, got into the homes and stole what they could.

It's up to Utah Senate now to approve the bill which would prevent illegals from getting drivers' licenses. So they've been going to Utah to get their driver's licenses and then using those same licenses to work and cash checks in other states. Utah has passed a non-state tuition bill to illegal aliens which will go into effect in 2010, giving the 300 or so illegals in the state a chance to finish their "degrees!" Insanity.

Utah is now getting cases of Turberculosis and, during the summer, swimming pools were closed due to the infamous parasite cryptosporidium,
according to Deseret News which stated that

"For about 2,000 Utahns, the summer of 2007 was one to remember, though not for the warm days, barbecues and parades."


Utah is an illegal alien paradise and they know it.
