    Alexander . . . still swaying in the wind . . .

    Sen. Lamar Alexander was on a local radio show here around 6 p.m. and basically stated that we need to secure the border, get appropriate ID's, etc. He said he would not vote for the bill as it is NOW but that the Senate needs to reform and revise/add many of the amendments.

    Basically what I got from him is he wants to get the bill in and the amendments before he decides how he will vote for it. So he looks like he is leaning towards a Yes for cloture.

    We need to stay on him!!

    It is not that he is not listening, he does not care what we think, so YES we must CALL, EMAIL, FAX and hope that for whatever reason he will vote NO. I am beginning to think of these people as just plain bad because why else would you particpate in the destruction and dismantling of your nation.
