Thread: ALIPAC Info Request to MO Govs Office about Domestic Terrori

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon:

I am working on an article and a radio show that will be going out nationally next week and I have some questions about the MIAC document that is causing so much controversy.

Question 1: Can you provide us with a complete list of the authors of this document by name and their group or organization titles and distinctions?

Question 2: Was this document generated in Missouri or did it come from an outside or federal source?

Question 3: To your knowledge, what government employees have received this document? Just police in Missouri? Police and federal employees and agents in Missouri? Or has this been sent out nationally?

Question 4: Is the list below a complete list of characteristics that the MAIC document encourages police to be on the lookout for as signs of potential domestic terrorists that may wish to harm police, troops, banks, judges, infrastructure etc...? (See end of e-mail)

Question 5: What advice does your office have of the millions of Americans that may meet one or more of the criteria outlined in the MAIC report.

Question 6: Does your office or the MAIC office plan to announce any apologies, retractions, corrections, or dispense any disciplinary measures (i.e. termination of employment) to deal with those responsible for creating and distributing government documents that are clearly designed to create fear or suspicion between police and millions of Americans that have concerns about the items listed in the document?

Question 7: Since this document has been distributed to law enforcement employees sworn to serve and protect the American public, will any of the items listed in the MAIC report now be considered probable cause or reasonable suspicion during traffic stops or other encounters between police and citizens? Since these documents are being distributed by Homeland Security and the Governor's office as elements of suspicion, does that make these elements reasonable suspicion in Missouri and Federal courts?

Question 8: Military analysts and national media in America are saying the Mexican drug cartels now have over 100,000 heavily armed and trained foot soldiers in the US and Mexico that represent at Clear and Present danger to American law enforcement and citizens. These gangs have murdered and attempted to murder many US police officers and are killing Mexican police officers on almost a weekly basis. The violence is starting to spill over into America more. Has your office, the MAIC office generated or received any documents, similar to the one that was leaked directed at American citizens, that inform our officers about what to look for with the illegal alien and drug importing crime cartels and gangs? If so, does the document contain descriptions of their political and entertainment habits, flags and candidates of choice?

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has defended a report issued by the Missouri Information Analysis Center that smears Ron Paul supporters, people who have knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, and people who display political bumper stickers as potential domestic terrorists.

As we revealed in our exclusive report last week, a leaked secret report distributed by the federal Missouri Information Analysis Center lists Ron Paul supporters, libertarians, people who display bumper stickers, people who own gold, or even people who fly a U.S. flag and equates them with radical race hate groups and terrorists.

The MIAC report specifically describes supporters of presidential candidates Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr as “militiaâ€

This sounds like something out of a novel. And I do understand what the law enforcement officers must go through in these times. But to judge them by bumper stickers!

Like I said, a document needs to be drafted along the lines of what William was talking about in 'Question 8' and then it must be distributed amnog the public and throughout Congrress. The fact that even after the leak took place clearly shows that there is a radical agenda against the Constitution and all those who believe in Liberty and Freedom.
