    Babies born in this country where neither parent is an American citizen are not American citizens period.

    We need to issue them a "Certificate of Child Born Abroad" and get them off the Government benefits, now.

    Making them self deport will solve a lot of this problem. A lot of them will leave within the next 90 days.

    No papers, no entry, no rights, no judge, no detention...turn them right back around.
