Can anyone help with a draft of a Resolution stating that a City or Town "is not a Sanctuary City for Illegal Immigrants"?
Thanks in advance.

Dixie,
I have sent in a request over a week ago, as well as sending a request to two other ALI-PAC members for help.
I know this one may be a tough one.
Thanks again!

I'm pretty sure we can help you with this.
I will ask Mr. Gheen to contact you and you may also call him using the phone numbers at the bottom of this page.
I will let him know that you are requesting assistance.
I hope you are sucessful in this endevor. Ending sanctuary policies is a step in the right direction.
Also, you might consider looking into the Criminal Alien Program that Irving, Texas is using.

Hey Activist!
Please list the cities that have overturned their sanctuary policies. We can go to them for copies of the resolutions they used. I thought there were a some the last few months and I think they were in CA. Do any of you remember?

I know we had one lawyer here looking for people for a class-action suit against employers who lost jobs to illegals. I wonder if she is still around?

I'm certainly not a lawyer, but it seems that citing Federal law within any ordinance or statement would be very helpful in that it is stated that Taneytown will uphold the Federal laws of not aiding or abetting illegal aliens.

Wouldn't any town that has gone through the 287g program be considered a non-sanctuary city?
