Thread: Full Senate bill, one section per page: help needed showing it wrong

Here's the full text of the Senate amnesty bill, with one section per page to make it easier to read.

I need as many people as possible to choose a section at random and then show how it wouldn't work.

Each page has a comments section (by disqus) and you're strongly encouraged to leave a detailed comment on the post listing the downsides of that section and so on.

The big problem is that a state judge or a federal judge can reduce a state felony conviction to a misdemeanor after they complete their sentence.

A federal judge can reduce a federal felony to a misdemeanor.

Misdemeanors can be expunged from your record altogether.
