While a confused Phoenix Mayor stumbles incoherently around Operations Order 1.4.3 and ignores the devasting consequences of illegal immigration, Phoenix City Council members remain under deep cover. Although elected to represent the best interests of their legal constituents, they apparently don’t have the courage or common sense to address this issue - they are AWOL.
