Support Senator Santorum
I have contacted my senators and representative (in Pennsylvania) and the most specific response I received was from Senator Santorum today.
In his letter he responded to the issues I wrote about but here is a verbatim comment. "I will not vote for legislation that contains amnesty provisions".
This is the most specific of my responses. I also received a response from Senator Arlen Specter and that would make you barf.
Anyway, I wanted to pass this info along as Senator Santorum is up for re-election in Pennsylvania this year.<div>Thank you Governor Brewer!</div>

politicians speak with forked tongues...
"Senator Santorum today,,In his letter he responded to the issues I wrote about but here is a verbatim comment. "I will not vote for legislation that contains amnesty provisions".
Politicians don't call it "AMNESTY",,, ask him if he supports 'guest worker' & 'earned citizenship'.....
but a rose by any other name is.....
And who the hell INVITED these so called GUESTS?????

This snake in the grass stumped for Specter when he was up for reelection against Pat Toomey. He's nothing more than a Bushbot.

Did he mention if he would vote for Guest Workers, or a pathway to earned citizenship. They know how to play with words.
He is my Senator also, you can see his report card here.

I have received too many form letters from him and none were very encouraging. I haven't made up my mind how I am going to vote yet.
My gut says out.
My letter from Sen. Sphincter was downright insulting. Here is one of his sentences.
" We also see a certain apathy and resentment toward immigrants; notwithstanding the fact that this country was built by immigrants and that we need immigrants in order to sustain our economic vitality".
I just love that man!

Just saw shotgun's response, looks like he thinks the same way as I do. Even down to almost the same words.

You have to word your questions very carefully.... even Kennedy and McCain would send you a letter saying they wouldn't vote for any bill with the word amnesty....because they will just use a different phrase....

31scout,
We must watch out for a variety of scams that bush and the pro-illegal alien republicans will use to try to stuff guest worker amnesty down our throat without suffering consequences on election day. One scam is the same one he used on 245i which is to use DEMOCRATS and some republicans to pass it. If bush uses mostly democrats to pass amnesty and people vote against anyone who supported amnesty than the net result will be that bush duped the electorate into voting for republicans while the republicans are the one responsible for guest worker amnesty. DUPE DUPE DUPE The republicans control congress and if guest worker amnesty becomes laew it is the fault of the party in power which is the R party. I am not a democrat but I am not a brain-dead idiot either. And that is why I support the following course of action:
Dear Republican,
If guest worker amnesty for illegal aliens becomes law I will vote against EVERY republican (at all levels) on the ballot on Election Day 2006
It does not matter if you are a U.S. Senator who voted against guest worker amnesty
It does not matter if you are a U.S. Representative who voted against guest worker amnesty( we remember how you tricked and betrayed us with 245i)
It does not matter if you are a state or local republican
Every republican at every level is expected to stop guest worker amnesty from becoming law......and if you don’t........then
If guest worker amnesty for illegal aliens becomes law I will vote against EVERY republican (at all levels) on the ballot on Election Day 2006
Remember,it is MY vote, not yours!

I've been trying to get people more active in this political method mainly because no one will seem to understand what I've been saying all along anyway...
The days of resolving our nation's woes through political means are over! I only wish people would let that sink into their minds once and for all before it is learned the hard way. But since everything is so P.C. I don't want to say anything that will frighten the children.
No other way of looking at it while being entirely truthful about the matter.
