Thread: Is President Obama America's gift from Bush?

In my fifty plus years, this is the scariest election in my life time... Unfortunately I voted for Bush in 2000... I now feel cheated and deceived in what Bush has done to our country .... Because of Bush's disasterous failure as a president, we've ended up now with a horrible choice of having to choose between Obama and McCain...America is now terribly divided... I'm afraid America is going to be on a non-stop roller coaster ride for quite a few years... Long after Bush is gone and because of where Bush has put this country now, America's future will be changed forever.

Bush Derangement Syndrome has apparently become quite contagious thanks to the media and a few others. Bush is only a link in a long chain of presidents and others who have got us to this day where we may have BO as President. NOBODY's hands are clean as far as I'm concerned.

Molly, very much agree with you what Bush started Obama will finish
and America will forever be changed, I grew up with ww2 vets perhaps
it is good most of them are gone what a shame for them to see the greed
and anti-American ideas of our leaders in both business and government.

IMO, I can't wait to get this election overwith so that way we know what we are up against.

True, there are alot of others with dirty hands including the Clintons. But Bush is the one who has been the 'President' for the last 'eight' years ...I was surprised how Bush turned out to be a big spender worse than the liberals before him. I will never forget or forgive him for his non stop agenda trying to push amnesty down our throats. Why does Bush appear to be in Cahoots with Mexico when it comes to amnesty and leaving the border wide open after 9-11? Most illegals aliens have entered this country while Bush has been president... Why is Ramo's and Capeon still in prison? Bush is the President now and he is allowing this to happen!

You can't close the borders if you want a North American Union. Closed borders just won't get it done.

Molly, I totally understand where you’re coming from. I too in my 50 plus years have never seen anything so dangerous for American as an Obama Administration. And I bet you walk around with a knot in your stomach too. Gee - I can remember the level of fear that there was with JFK and the Cuban missile crisis, and this is far-far worst!
