Calif Constituion - English the official language!

Alright folks. Don't know if this is going to go anywhere. Last night on Mark Edwards, our new citizen friend Luca Zanna pointed out something he's working on for a legal challenge. I checked the constitution (http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/.const/.article_3). and that's what it says! I'm working now to find if it's ever been amended.

This is from Luca's website: http://www.firejerrylewis.com/californiaenglish.htm

    CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION
    ARTICLE 3 STATE OF CALIFORNIA
    SEC. 6. (a) Purpose.
English is the common language of the people of the United States of America and the State of California. This section is intended to preserve, protect and strengthen the English language, and not to supersede any of the rights guaranteed to the people by this Constitution.
    (b) English as the Official Language of California.
English is the official language of the State of California.
    (c) Enforcement.
The Legislature shall enforce this section by appropriate
legislation. The Legislature and officials of the State of
California shall take all steps necessary to insure that the role of English as the common language of the State of California is preserved and enhanced. The Legislature shall make no law which diminishes or ignores the role of English as the common language of the State of California.
    (d) Personal Right of Action and Jurisdiction of Courts.
Any person who is a resident of or doing business in the State ofCalifornia shall have standing to sue the State of California to enforce this section, and the Courts of record of the State of California shall have jurisdiction to hear cases brought to enforce this section. The Legislature may provide reasonable and appropriate limitations on the time and manner of suits brought under this section.

Now... What are We waiting for?
Let's Use our Right or W will lose it!
Let's sue the State of California that is permitting the colonization of California from Mexico allowing Businesses to impose Spanish Language to Americans!

If you don't want to do it for you because you are too lazy, or busy...
Do it at least for your Kids!

So, what do you all think?
Want to make people angry? Lie to them.
Want to make them absolutely livid? Tell 'em the truth."

Have yawl heard about the high school history books (In L.A.)? They are in 100% Spanish, and portray America as the enemy, and use that exact word as the adjective.
