So what does this mean? Is she out?

Let's hope so. Obama has so many prostitutes in office I'm not sure we have a choice.

There are 19 members of this Senate committee, and no one still has figured out if one Republican yes vote is all that is needed to confirm her, or if the majority vote (the majority being Democrats) will pass her. I have been calling committee members offices, but have gotten answers both ways.

People---this is a terrible uphill battle....Sotomayor's backer need to secure a Republican vote from the seven R members of Senate Judiciary. They are trying to be fairminded---against a supremacist radical who has been rehearsing how to snow them all!

The only hope is for all seven Rep. Judiciary members to filibuster. Keep calling, especially Graham and Hatch and Kyl

Prissy Lindsey Graham said he already liked her and the only way she would not get the votes is if she messes up and apparently he doesnt think she did. though lots of people have said she lied about her shying away from the "wise latina" comment.

a poll released today reported that americans DO NOT WANT her approved

It's interesting that so much can ride on a fop like Lindsey Graham.
