I had to call UPS today to track a package. My first attempt ended in complete frustration. The rep who answered the phone spoke such broken English that I couldn't understand a word he said (he sounded like he was from India). I gave it a really good try, but I finally got so frustrrated I hung up on him.

I called back, and I got another guy...this one had a definite Indian accent. Again, I simply could not understand him. So again, completely frustrated, I hung up.

I called back a third time, and a guy answered with a heavy (but easily understandable) southern accent. His name was Jim. I told Jim that it took me 3 phone calls before I reached somebody I could actually understand. I asked him what was up with that? He was very vague and seemed uneasy. Obviously our phone call was being recorded.

Very frustrating
