I don't read Spanish and I was unable to open the link also. However, I have visited many forums who are advocates of illegal aliens and it is outright disgusting the way they talk about, lie and smear any American who wants our immigration laws respected and enforced and knows that another amnesty would be wrong for our country. They hate Republicans, the Tea Party and any other conservatives. They are nearly foaming at the mouth when they talk about them. The sad part is that many if not most of these individuals are Americans themself.

Founder of DreamActivist in Removal Proceedings!

"This is one of my favorites!" Free education from tax payers and turns around and uses her education to stab the country she so desperately wants to stay in, right in the back! Read her comments!

DHS Places Founder of DreamActivist in Removal Proceedings
April 13, 2011 in News Article by Administrator

Last week, President Obama told us on Univision that his administration was not targeting DREAM Act-eligible students for deportation.

That very same day, the Department of Homeland Security sent Prerna Lal – one of our founders – a Notice to Appear for removal proceedings.

    Prerna Lal

When Prerna decided to enroll one of the best law schools in the country (George Washington University), she didn’t know that she would face the trial of her life barely into her second year.

For those of you who don’t know, Prerna writes for the Change.org Immigration blog where she has helped to stop several deportations. She is an outspoken critic of the anti-immigrant policies pursued by the Obama Administration, and most recently she was adamantly pushing USCIS to hold green-cards in abeyance for same-sex bi-national couples.

Now she finds herself in removal proceedings, hanging by a thread that could separate her from the rest of her family forever.

And before you start blaming her parents and asking them to deport themselves too, they are permanent residents. In fact, Prerna is the grand-daughter of U.S. citizens. Yes, her grandparents did come here legally. She’s the only undocumented person in four generations of American citizens. She also happens to be the most educated one.

    A Bachelors degree. Check.

    A Masters degree. Check.

A Juris Doctor. Work in progress.

Maybe she’s too educated for America. Too educated for the DREAM Act?

Regardless, she got in that infamous line. She applied for a green card after checking in with Senator Feinstein’s office. They sent her eligibility requirements that confirmed that she should be able to qualify under a petition that was filed by her U.S. citizen grandmother for her family.

She was called for biometrics, fingerprinted and given her work authorization documents. Her papers were being processed. But then they decided to take it all away and placed her in removal proceedings.

    Selective persecution? Maybe.

Now she needs our help to stop her removal proceedings.
