Taking bets now on this little jewel

Who wants to bet Obamba throws this agent under the bus?
    ------------------------------------
EL PASO, Texas, June 22 (UPI) -- The shooting of a 15-year-old Juarez, Mexico, boy by a U.S. Border Patrol agent is being investigated on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border, authorities say.

The agent, whom the Border Patrol has not identified, shot Sergio Adrian Hernandez Guereca near the Paso del Norte Bridge in El Paso, Texas, on June 7, The El Paso Times reported.

U.S. officials say the agent was defending himself from rock-throwers after he arrested a man who crossed illegally into the United States.

Mexican officials have demanded a full investigation, and the slain boy's family says they want Mexican prosecutors to seek extradition of the agent on murder charges.

But legal experts say the extradition treaty between the United States and Mexico makes that unlikely.

"Under the extradition treaty, the basic rule is that countries aren't obligated to extradite their own nationals," Allen Weiner of Stanford University said.

"It's pretty inconceivable to me that the U.S. would surrender one of its officials, especially if the agent was in good-faith execution of his duties," said Weiner, who is co-director of Stanford's Program in International and Comparative Law.

In the United States, the FBI has launched a civil rights investigation into the shooting.

Angel Torres Valadez, spokesman for the Mexican attorney general's office, said an investigation by his country continues.

    Screw Obama

Ill stand up for this man. He was risking his life to do the job of protecting my fellow Americans and myself. He was assaulted by a violent smuggler and defended himself the way he was trained to do.

He needs the help of all Americans who want our borders protected...

The Feds threw Compean and Ramos under the bus and played patty-cake with a known Mexican drug runner in that effort. Why would it be any different this time...
No amnesty until the border is secured... then no amnesty.

Too bad BP can't strike in protest.

Yes they need our support. It is one of those jobs that we are grateful that somebody takes because after the Ramos and Compean ordeal especially showed what sell-outs our government are - seems like ALL of them except for Governor Brewer.

Who would ever wish to work for Border Patrol and go to prison?

What an insane nightmare our lives can be.

I am literally embarrassed to be an American with the way that the USA Govt is throwing their law enforcement agents and military to the wolves in Mexico and around the world.

I have to literally apologize to God Himself for my real thoughts and wishes for those American citizens & USA Govt reps who have tucked their yellow tails between their legs and turned over fellow Americans to be destroyed by other nations - whether by actively turning them over or letting the other nation's force their hands to ruin the lives of AMERICAN CITIZENS whoa re more patriotic to American than ANY Mexican born is to their homeland.
