Thread: Elvira's 15 minutes are over.

Elvira was deported, but prior to her deportation her campaign was that as she had produced an anchor baby that she was entitled to break our laws.

It has now been reported that Elvira's anchor son, Saul is now going to be moving to mexico and that he will attend school there (he has been living with his "god mother" who is lawfully in the US).

This just goes to show how flawed the "don't separate our families" logic is. No one is stopping illegals from going back to their own countries with their anchor children - in fact it is encouraged ( don't let the door hit you on the way out).

So on what grounds does Elvira feel she is entitled to break our laws?

It's funny, isn't it, how people from other countries can break into America, then demand we change our laws just for them. And the saddest part of it is that 20% of the American people and most of our government think we should.

reading the article, she says that some people have to break the law to stay here. It's like saying it's alright to rob a store for money because I needed it. Should I not be punished for breading the law just because I needed the money? What rubbish.

That's a good analogy. To raise it to its most ridiculous height it would be tantamount to a burglar breaking into your home and trying to make a case that he should be allowed to stay as a member of your family and at your expense.

I believe she will protest herself into oblivion. She is making a lot of her would be supporters angry. I fear the "lady doeth protest too much." Her demands are against our immigration laws and we are not willing to bend them for her. The more she protest, the more we will protest. Even Mexico will tire of her demands which will make them look bad.

I think she is a nut case myself, first she doesn't want to leave here and be seperated from her son then after she's deported she happy to be back in "her country" where she can walk freely and her son goes down to stay with her and she sends him back and now she wants her government to force America into letting her back in.
This is one whacked out woman and I'm tired of hearing about her.

While her buddies and child were stomping around the halls of congress she was down on the border signing autographs and talking to reporters though the fence

She's pushing it too much now, even by mexico and the illegal's standards.

When she was in the church it was an interesting story for the press. And the whole "don't separate my family" line was working.

But now she's back in mexico with her son it's painfully obvious, even to the open borders crowd that she's always been an arrogant criminal.

The OBL strategy is to make it out that every illegal is this poor, law abiding, saint-like individual who is working just to feed their families. The fact that Elvira is really reflecting their true colors to the media means that they will try to distance themselves from her.

Why was she ever allowed even 15 minutes?
