Message to Roy Beck

Roy, you need to take your Immigration Gumballs Video to Fox News. You need to take it to Sean Hannity, Mike Huckabee, Glenn Beck, Forbes On Fox, Bulls and Bears, Cashing In and Fox and Friends and use Fox News to inform Wall Street and business people.

They are talking about our economy and illegal immigration on all these programs, they are asking the questions what should be done about illegal aliens, they want to know what to do about illegal immigration. Their guests don't understand the numbers. They don't understand the impact. They think the more workers there are the more workers we need. They think we need more immigration of all types to create a bigger market. Obviously, they don't understand this issue at all.

They reach a lot of people who want to understand and who desperately need to understand what's happening to our country and are looking to these programs for answers.

Unfortunately, they are getting the wrong answers to their questions from these "experts", because these "experts" don't understand the numbers.

    Just a suggestion.

    Judy -
Did you just happen to watch "Forbes on Fox" show this morning, Monday 3-23? If so, I understand why you're suggesting this. Six guests from the business community, and I don't think one of them expressed opposition to illegal immigration when the topic came up.

However, I really don't think most of the anchors or hosts on FOX News would agree with the guests on "Forbes on Fox" this am. Certainly Glenn Beck is against illegal immigration; I thought Hannity is also, but not as sure about him.

But you've touched on what I think is one of our biggest problems, second only to the pandering, socialist, or anti-American politicians, and that is business - big, small business, corporations, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, many state and local Chambers of Commerce, etc.

I'm not sure how we overcome the willingness of many in the business community to sell out their country if needed, just to increase their profits by hiring or supporting the hiring of illegal aliens. And businesses lobby and buy off our legislators. It is a vicious circle. We can't get legislators to pass laws, or allow the enforcement of existing laws, that punish the businesses that hire illegals.

I think the only way we can affect businesses is to get them where it really hurts them, in their pocketbooks. When I've thought about this whole issue recently, I've been mostly focused on how we can get businesses to stop supporting the invasion. Not going to be an easy task.

Yes! Did you see it? I thought the Forbes on Fox guy was trying pretty hard to get the answer we would have given but they all came out of nowhere with these stupid globalist replies, even the 2 that said the "rule of law mattered" later said "that's why we need comprehensive immigration reform".

Yes, it's my impression from Fox News that they are very much opposed to illegal immigration. But the way the business shows are set up, they have their questions staged for the guests and then the guests answer them. What we need to do is arm the Fox News folks with Roy Beck's population figures so when they stage their questions to these guys they can include "but what about population growth that is unsustainable" "what about our water and food supplies" "what about our infrastructure costs associated with human population growth" "what about the environment and loss of forests and wildlife habitat robbed by human population growth".

I hope Roy sees this suggestion and takes it up because there is no valid argument to support this massive immigration and every statistic and reason in the world to reduce it back to the 1970's replacement levels and eventually move to zero population growth as Roy suggests. Roy's discussion of this on his Immigration Gumballs Video does just a good job in such a brief period of time to illustrate this adverse and dangerous side of immigration that Wall Street and the business community doesn't seem to understand or even recognize for that matter.

Most business people, and I know this first hand, especially those in corporate work, truly aren't aware of it. They are so busy and so isolated in a corporate world and corporate culture that it doesn't even cross their minds. They want 300 cheaper workers to improve their bottom-line, they want to target illegal aliens because they believe they'll save money, and they're on the phones calling the networks to get them the labor and then off to their next assignment. The person who makes the decision to hire illegal aliens or recruit visa workers are just focused on their job, their task, getting r done, to improve the bottom-line as quickly as possible by the next quarterly report.

They don't understand because they've never been exposed to the information while being bombarded with the "we need to grow, we need growth, go get growth, make growth happen" and the easiest growth to achieve in a business is derived from population growth. It's the worst way to achieve business growth for the country, but it's the easiest shortest distance between two points least path of resistance means to grow your business. The best way to achieve business growth for the country but the hardest for business is growth in value and products. But when you understand the long-term consequences of this massive population growth then shareholders, investors and customers can drive them to the right type of growth, growth in value and profit, instead of growth just by the numbers.

98% of the people who work in our country's businesses are decent people who not only care about their job and the company, they also care about their families, their retirement, their kids, their grandkids and what kind of nation we will leave them. They just need the information. Even I who have studied this for several years and have been a zero-population growth person for 40 years was still shocked when I saw Roy's video. Even I had no idea it was as out of control as it already is. We must find a way to get Roy to get his presentation to these various programs on Fox News and I'm confident they'll present it and use it in their daily and weekly programs on our illegal immigration issue as well as our excess legal immigration problem.

Judy - I hope you're right, that it is just the ignorance of many in the business community. Guess I'm a little more cynical. I tend to think they know what they're doing, and they really don't care. That the thing they care about most is increasing their profits, even if it means allowing the destruction of our country's social fabric.

I really hope you're right. Ignorance would be easier to fight.

Me too! I hope I'm right. I realize that there are those at the very top of the companies, those in market forecasting and projections who know, but the average workers, the typical manager, the normal task-master corporate person either doesn't know or doesn't know enough to understand the problem they're causing.

They see our land mass, sparcely populated compared to India and China and think there's plenty of land, when of course there isn't. They look at the big reservoirs and see lots of water and think, there's plenty of water, when of course there isn't. They also think well, even if there isn't enough of either one to sustain people in our country, we'll use technology to make water from sea water and build communities in the ocean.

They believe they can solve all the problems with a new big idea or innovation or technology and while true that they can solve many of the problems that way, they can't solve the environmental problem that way, they can't solve the quality of life that way, they can't continue the trend and solve it with technology because their technology can't possibly keep pace with the exponential growth of the population or replace land, air and water.

So what's their next big idea? Find a new planet. These people have to be educated on reality and the best education is a smack down on live TV with Roy Beck's presentation.

    Just a suggestion.

I haven't seen the video, but I know that anyone in a corporate position who is looking for illegal aliens to employ has to realize the consequences of not hiring American citizens instead. Otherwise they are either a traitor because they don't give a hoot about their fellow citizens, or they are brain dead.

No need for ‘mass roundups’, simply ENFORCE EXISTING law*& MANDATE the worker ID, ..but SEVEN amnesties? Hmm, WHO cried wolf?!
