SAN DIEGO — In the end, the trucker just wasn't FAST enough.

Eliminate the FAST program. We knew it was an opportunity for the smugglers of drugs and people before it was implemented. So did the smugglers.

Teach every dog sitting in a shelter to sniff out drugs, money and hidden humans and guns. Every pup wants to feel like they have a mission with their humans, and the more treats the better for jobs well done.

The low-risk is going to be in the unproven statement of hard working immigrants do jobs Americans will not do.
