AN AMERICAN DOING A JOB THAT AMERICANS WON'T DO

I ordered a pizza tonight. When the door bell rang, I opened the door and almost fell down. Standing on my doorstep was a elderly, anglo gentleman. I couldn't believe it! I could understand what he was saying! I didn't have to have him repeat everything 10 times! IT WAS GREAT He was friendly, courteous and appreciative of a tip. It's been a long, long time since I've experienced that.

Something IS changing folks and we are a big part of it. Keep up the fight. We ARE winning!!!

I've noticed that in a range of service industries close to where I live the demographic is shifting some as well. Let's keep up the pressure and make sure that only people that are supposed to be here are the ones gaining those jobs.

    Excellent!

Excellent! Now, what will it take to get them stop outsourcing customer service, credit card information, etc.

You know the routine. You call a company and then can't understand a word they say. Then we wonder why identify theft is up.

Any business anywhere that I go to that I am greeted in broken english, I turn on my heels and walk away. I will not even be in the range of an illegal working and possibly taking a job away from an American.

That's crazy talk. Right before this massive wave started, I saw signing bonuses at fast food restaurants. "Work here for 6 months and we'll pay you a $600 bonus!" UPS started running shuttles from their hub to the inner city to transport labor.

Then the people at McDonalds started speaking Spanish, and the signing bonus signs went away.

But corporate profits rose to all time highs.
