Thread: One bad MEXICAN! William Gheen help please?

There is one very bad Mexican singer running around in our country and if you have heard of her please let me know but I am betting most of you don't know who I am going to talk about but I could be wrong. I would like Tom Tancredo, or someone in a position of authority, to make a very public denounciation of this person and I believe the State Department can and should revoke her visa.

I am talking about one Gloria Trevi. Maybe I have mentioned her before on this forum but I don't remember.

Anyway, this individual was on the run from INTERPOL with her sick manager. They were wanted in Mexico for corruption of minor charges. He, the manager, was recruiting young girls in Mexico promising the families fame and fortune for their daughters. Well, he was having sex with these under 18 girls and Gloria, an adult, was charged as helping him in recruiting these young gals.

They took off from Mexico and were later arrested in Brazil and were held in a Brazilian jail for several years and then were extradited to Mexico where she was let go and he was convicted BUT he basically was slapped on the wrist.

Now, here is where it gets good. (Bad actually!) Gloria and this manager had a baby while on the run. (He fathered many with these girls.) Ana Dalay was the little girl's name. She died at the age of one month under very suspicious circumstances. Gloria, the manager father, and several of these other girls were present when the child was found dead. One of the other girls present claims Gloria put a pillow on the baby? Sergio then told them to cut off the dead child's hand and feet to eliminate prints and the baby was thrown in a river or something. However, Brazilian authorities did not file any charges since no body was ever found. I have read that the child was born in a Brazilian public hospital.

It has been a year and a half since this Trevi was released in Mexico. She has been in the US many times. She gave concerts all over in the US in the 90's so she supposedly had an arts visa. I do not believe she is a US resident or citizen but her mother may be a legal resident? I am not sure but some ^%$# Congressman should be asking the questions that I am asking here.

While she was in prision in Brazil she had a second child, a boy, and she has never disclosed who the father is.

Finally, she gave birth to a third child last September in McAllen, Texas. The child is an anchor baby if nothing else. She refuses to say who the father of this child is as well.

Somebody in our government should be raising CAIN over why this person has been allowed BACK into our country. I tried to get anybody I could interested in this case over a year ago but nobody seems to care. I even called the State Department and left a message for someone supposedly higher up in the visa section. I called my Congressman and they were clueless. This Trevi had a concert planned for Denver where I live but it was cancelled when she got pregnant with this latest child. Or, ticket sales were so bad they cancelled the whole tour?

Again, what happened to the 32 day old baby in Brazil? Why did our State Department give her a visa to re-enter the US? No, she was not convicted but the Secretary of State can revoke a visa of a foreign citizen without a conviction. Happened in Colombia back in the 90's when President Samper had his visa to the US revoked over accusations of recieving drug money in his presidential campaign. Accusations, not a conviction mind you.

William Gheen, do you have connections with some politician who might raise their eyebrows over this case and make a stink to Condi Rice or at least to the press?

Again, this woman, had a month old baby who died while fleeing INTERPOL in Brazil and nobody in any official capacity at our ICE or State Department is asking her questions? There are moral questions involved when giving a legal VISA to any immigrant if I am not mistaken?

Where is Focus on the family? The Catholic Church? She is just allowed to re-enter the US no questions asked about this dead baby? Why? Because she wants to sell records again and maybe give concerts and pay taxes to UNCLE SAM?

Now, maybe she is a legal US resident but I have never heard that and how is she allowed to give birth in McAllen, Texas where the child is a citizen from birth.

Can anybody answer my questions here? Has anyone talked to Tancredo et al about this person and case? I have heard it said that because she was NOT convicted the State department cannot deny her a visa but I am not buying that line. This is the same State Department that likes to point fingers at certain governments over things like human rights abuses. Has anybody higher up ever looked at this person?

William, I am asking you to ask around about this Gloria Trevi? Can you do it?

If nothing else she is trash in my book and should not be here in our country after all this fugitivee Brazil stuff and what happened to the 32 day old daughter?????????

I would like some answers. Do you think people should be looking at this person or am I mistaken in my analysis? Just because she can make $$$ for somebody here they let her in again?

Adalente, I believe that I HAVE heard about this person by a talk radio host who had the same sentiments as you have. I do not remember the name but the story certainly sounds like the one I was listening to.

I hate to hear all of this about Brazil. I do not think that many of you around the country are as aware of this as we are in South Florida, but we are getting SLAMMED by an invasion of illegals from Brazil here. It began slowly about a year ago, but in the past five months or so the level and speed of this is unbelievable.

I believe that many of you around the country do not know about this yet.

Back to your concern, Adelante, yes, I am quite sure that this is what I heard the talk radio host discussing about 3-4 weeks ago.

All the illegals, and I mean all of them, those from Africa, Cuba, Mexico, Honduras, China, Japan, Korea, and etc. They are all breaking the laws of the land. Of course they will continue to flood the country because they believe they will get Amnesty. Certainly, those who are in power seem to believe that this is acceptable. Which tells me they have something in plan for their families. A way to get out when this land is over ran and taken over. This group of leaders have shown the world how weak they are. That is why they are having problems out of Korea and other countries. No one respects a man when he can't handle or fix his problems at home. Why should anyone pay attention to the U.S at this time in history? When they can't even take care of their problems at thome. They won't even stop their own country from being invaded.

There is a book about her, Gloria Trevi, and this case and I forget the name of the book. I read the book for it was at our local public library. The author of the book mentions this baby Ana Dalay but he does not go into much detail.

A search at Google with Glori Trevi + Ana Dalay will find a few articles that mention this 32 day old daughter but there is very little about what happened to this little girl? This is my point? What happened to this child and why did State give this person permission to re-enter our country?

I called Tancredo's office in Washington and spoke to an assistant about this and he told me he would mention this to the Congressman but the American people, those that speak ENGLISH, should know that this person is BACK in our country and why?

I will find the name of the book and will look for articles about the forgotten child.

OK The third article above...the one from Hispanic wire, mentions the "mysterious death of her baby Ana Dalay..." William, this is my point! It is a fact that this Gloria Trevi had a child, one of three, before she was capured by Brazilian police. If our STATE DEPARTMENT knows of this then why was she given a visa to re-enter our country when nobody seems to know what happened to the child? Nobody can tell me that the State Department could not bring her in now for an interview and ask where the child is and what happened to this child? This is the same damn State Department that criticizes countries over human rights events and other things yet this chick can have a child that disappears from the face of the planet and nobody in Washington seems to care?

Condeleeza Rice should be asking serious questions should she not?

We have a dead baby and possibly a murder and child abuse at the least and nobody cares? I don't care if the Brazilians or Mexicans failed to press charges where are the politicians on this case? A Congressional inquiry if nothing else? Why not?

I have seen this Trevi on Spanish televisioon on the talk shows and nobody asks her about this child. They avoid the issue and why?

I am afraid that the people at Spanish television UNIVISION and the recording industry just want to sweep all this under the rug because she represents $ in someone's pocket?

One of the girls involved in this ring claims that Gloria put a pillow over the crying child and later the baby was found dead and the father told some of the other girls to cut off the babies hands and dispose of the baby.

I have not seen Gloria Trevi on Spanish telelvision mourning for her child.

William, please ask any Congressman, official etc to investigate this and don't get confused. This Gloria Trevi has now has had 3 kids. One while in captivity in Brazil. A third born last September in McAllen, TX. Trevi will not disclose who the father of either of these two are. However, the first child born while a fugitive in Brazil, ANA DALAY, is unaccounted for and we are told, died and the body was disposed of and what really happened? The other girls involved in the clan seem to know and I wonder if these other two are nothing more than a smokescreen to make people forget whathappened to the first?

Trevi is coming out with another record and may try another concert tour and may be coming to your town. Do you want her in your town?

Yes, the book is called Girl Trouble and the author mentions this child Ana Dalay. Where is she and what happened and how come nobody is asking Trevi? Forget the other two children!

Consider this if you will? If Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt suddenly were wanted for tax evasion and ran off to some secret location where they were later found WITHOUT their newborn child would not the so called Paparrazi and media be asking where the child is? What happened to the child? Who? How? Where? Why?

What was the media response wheen Michael Jackson almost dropped his baby in Paris? This Britnet Spears has had some questionable instancces with her child annd it is all over the news.

So how is Glorria Trevi able to be back in the US and nobody is asking these questions abouut her one month old baby? Where is CBS 60 minutes? Where is Spanish television Univision? Telemundo owned by NBC? The whole case of Ana Dalay has seemed to be forgotten and why? because Trevi is Mexican? Because the child died in Brazil?

I don't understand how this individual can be back in this country no questions asked!! It just remains under the radar screen.
