Thread: The "Dream Act" question

I was wondering how they would be allowed to get grants/loans for college.

I mean my sons recruiter has told my wife and I that we would have to apply for the loans. Then only if we are denied do we try our sons.

He said if we didnt atleast try he would have a very hard time getting financing.

This is two recruiters actually two different colleges.

So I was wondeirng if the "Dream Act" is a guarantee to illegal children..Pretty much a automatic that they would receive what ever was necessary to get them in.

Keep in mind that allmost all, or at least the vast majority, of illegal aliens that will receive the DREAM Act amnesty will be in a government classified "minority class" (i.e, hispanic). This immediately opens a plethora of special government funding programs, preferential college admissions programs, and also preferential hiring decisions if they decide to work for at least 2 years in one ot the 'uniformed services" instead of going to college, vocational school, etc or serve in the military.

Not only will the illegal alien who has received a government supplemented (or even free ride) up to this point, they will also receive "prefential" treatment as soon as the DREAM Act legislation takes place.

I'm still trying to figure out what makes them think any of these spawns of criminal aliens will tell the truth about how long they have been in this country or their true ages for that matter. Can you imagine how many more millions the DREAM Act would draw from all over the planet? I can see the fake documents and passports being printed as we speak.

It's a DREAM act alright......a dream for document forgers!

Yeah and remember the AMERICAN TAXPAYER will be foring the bill for all this they get for free.
also remember not only will they get welfare free money while WORKING under the table, free medical care, free food stamps to all the family members like there doing now, and section 8 houseing, free school breakfast lunches and snacks, and they will be intilted to everything else, that our government will give them, and also remember they dont have to pay TAXES which is a federal offence and a tax evasion law. Which to me seems like the government do not care if ILLEGALS are paying TAXES but, the TRUE AMERICANS go without paying taxes and start working under the table we will go to jail.
Then now they are giving them access which is favortism to the colleges of there choice.
Seems to me the government will SCREW every AMERICAN they can.

I know this is a little off topic but think about this. Many of the dreamers will major in political science or law if this passes.

This is EXACTLY what I was thinking. Have you read the Dreamact.info forum? Most of those kids are anarchists or crazy socialists. Maybe they should scream for anarchy in Mexico, those wretched idiots .
