Appellate Arguments to Begin in Two Judicial Watch Illegal Immigration Taxpayer Lawsuits

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that oral arguments are set to begin Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 17 in two Judicial Watch illegal immigration lawsuits:

Background: The court will hear an appeal filed on behalf of a San Francisco resident challenging the San Francisco Police Department's sanctuary policy that prohibits police officers from notifying federal immigration authorities when they arrest a person for various narcotics offenses whom they suspect to be an illegal alien.

Background: On October 3, 2006, Judicial Watch filed a taxpayer lawsuit in the Orange County Superior Court against the City of Laguna Beach for spending taxpayer funds to operate the Laguna Day Worker Center, a day labor site that helps illegal aliens find jobs and provides other public benefits, including English language instruction. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of residents Eileen Garcia and George Riviere.

I noticed that the people filing these lawsuits have hispanic surnames - BRAVO!

IF I CAN GET AWAY FROM WORK, I AM GOING TO TRY TO SEE IF I CAN GO TO THIS HEARING. ITS ONLY A FEW MINUTES AWAY. I HOPE I CAN SWING IT, AND THAT THEY WILL LET ME IN. I THINK THE PUBLIC IS ALLOWED TO GO IN RIGHT?

ALSO LEGAL IMMIGRANTS HAVE POWER TO ASSERT THEIR RIGHTS UNDER LABOR LAWS.....EMPLOYERS WOULD RATHER HAVE ILLEGALS THAT ARE TOTALLY POWERLESS.

Which is why we here say illegal or legal, unlike those Pro illegal people.
They don't even know they are smearing the Latino's that are legal.... ain't that ducky.
