Student loans do not go away with a bankruptcy. They are one of the debts that is not removed with a bankruptcy. I think it's the same with money owed to the IRS.

Indications are that he is out from under having to repay ANY of his student loans since he declared bankruptcy. However, there is also an approx. $11,000 lien against him filed by the IRS for failing to pay income taxes that is outside of his bankruptcy.

We can add ethics to his illegal immigration record that needs to be very closely scrutinized.

Perhaps he was able to prove it was an, "undue hardship."

Huck is another Bush and I am shocked that those burned by the Bush lying machine have not done the proper homework prior to jumping on another liar's campaign bandwagon.

I was suspicious of Huckabee when I learned he ordered every computer in his governor's office "DESTROYED". The new governor had to use taxpayer money to purchase a complete new system. Also, he has had approx. 10 ethic's violations from the State of Arkansas. He has a very dark past, but now we find out more lies.

CNN, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, NBC love the guy; so this ought to tell us something........................ RUN !!!!

Speaking in Iowa in October, Huckabee told a sympathetic crowd, "Anytime you have been a person who was identified as a pastor and you've got a seminary education and theology degree, people tend to worry about you."

HUCKABEE turned out to be one of the BIGGEST LIARS in this race.

I am so disapointed in him. I am so ashamed to be a Republican. Whatever happened to good, honest people?
