LOS ANGELES - The Department of Homeland Security says 41 percent of illegal immigrants try to re-enter the United States after they've been deported.
Now, U.S. Border Patrol reports it's cutting down on that number by trying something new.
But some immigration rights advocates are saying the tactic goes too far.
FOX news’ Casey Stegall reports from Los Angeles.

First of all, LATERAL REPATRIATION is nothing new. It was started back in 2003.
Neither is it controversial, except among the Mexican illegal aliens themselves, their coyotes, La Raza, and of course those counting on their votes this November.U.S. Constitution - Article IV, Section 4: GUARANTEES AMERICA FROM INVASION!
