This is no big revelation. This practice is done everywhere. For all of our calls to "deport, deport, deport," they are deporting in lieu of criminally charging these people and having them serve a sentence before they get deported.

My favorite AZ case that I have sited in the past as a group of people that they knew were responsible for setting a major forest fire in Southern AZ that the people claimed was a "signal fire that got out of control."

The same Federal Prosecutor Mr. Charlton who told the unknown fire setter of Tucson's Mt. Lemmon that he'd prosecute that fire-starter to the fullest, never charged the group of illegals with starting the major forest fire and just "deported" them in exchange.

Needles to say, we've never been told if any of these deportees have re-enters the USA.
Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...

Not surprised. Typical Republican Texas Mess

I am not surprised. Like I preach on ALIPAC time and time again. Texas Republicans say one thing, but do something else. None of em can be trusted. Dallas has a crime rate higher than New Orleans and yet these cops can not do this without Rick Perry setting the standard of this absurd insuting mess
