DALLAS — The crimes are serious; the punishments non-existent.

A News 8 investigation found the Dallas Police Department has dropped charges in more than 40 family violence cases this year where the suspect was an illegal immigrant.

At least eight were serious felony cases where the victims were held at knife-point.

Instead of going on trial, the suspects were released from jail and deported.

Then, police report, Flores told his wife he had killed three people in Honduras and that "he was not afraid to kill again."

Flores fell asleep holding the knife to his wife's throat.

These are the very same third world animals that would benefit from such legislation as the NIGHTMARE ACT and other forms of amnesty Congress is again trying to shove down the throat of Americans! It’s simply unfathomable that we as a country would tolerate this!

They stopped deportation just before the elections, now they stop prosecutions just before they think they will get the DREAM Act.

This tells me that the "good moral character" investigations in the DREAM Act are just another hook that would never happen.

There are two sets of laws In this country. One for Illegal aliens that promotes more law breaking because they are not held accountable for their actions ( Including driving without a license) and one for American Citizens that bear the brunt of the punishment for the same crimes committed by Illegals.

But Dallas police did not turn the Flores case over the district attorney for prosecution

Why was the Dallas PD doing the DA's job? They shouldn't be picking and choosing who should be prosecuted.
