September 23rd, 2010 4:31 pm CT Sunday morning a 13 year old girl awoke to a strange man in her bed and began screaming for her father who raced to help her. The girl's father found 27 year old Napoleon Romero Lopez, believed to be here illegally from El Salvador, hiding in her closet and a battle began.

During the struggle the girl's father was bit on the thumb and had a hand full of hair pulled from his head. The police were also told that the father was threatened by Lopez who said, “I'm in a gang and I'm going to kill you if you call the police.â€
