    Mexico to Legalize Drugs

    I just heard on Channel 7 News here in North Carolina that the Mexican legislature has passed a bill and forwarded it to Vicente Fox to legalize drug use in small quantities. Selling is still illegal but using within certain volumes would be legal now. They expect Vicente Fox to sign the bill.

    I remember hearing years ago that Vicente wanted to decriminalize drugs in Mexico. Looks like he will finally get his wish.
