113 illegal aliens are arrested in Ohio County .
Story by Stacy Rich
WHEELING -- The number now stands at 113 after three more illegal aliens were arrested in Ohio County early Thursday.
Ohio County Sheriff's Deputies pulled over a truck for speeding on Interstate 70 eastbound and found three admitted illegals inside, along with three Amish men.
Chief Deputy Pat Butler says the illegals were on their way to a job in Pennsylvania.
Butler said this was a first for him in 33 years in law enforcement.
He said three illegals were working for an Amish roofing company.
The three men from Mexico and Guatemala were held by the department, and immigration officials in Pittsburgh agreed to pick them up.
Butler says it will be up to labor enforcement to determine whether their employer, Summit Framing, will face any legal action.

Illegal Immigrants Taken Into Custody
POSTED: 11:49 am EDT June 19, 2008
UPDATED: 7:25 pm EDT June 19, 2008
According to deputies, three suspected illegal immigrants are in custody of immigration officials after being caught passing through Ohio County on the interstate.
The Ohio County deputy who initiated the traffic stop speaks Spanish and said he was able to find out the driver is Amish and of Latino descent and that he was taking the others to a roofing job with an Amish company.
Just before 5 a.m. Thursday, a deputy, running radar, pulled over a pickup truck he noticed speeding in the eastbound lanes on Interstate 70, near the Elm Grove exit.
Deputies said there were six people in the vehicle. Deputies said three of the people handed over foreign identifications and said they were illegal immigrants and had been deported from the country before.
Deputies said the other three people were released after proving they were in the country legally.
Deputies said this is the first time they’ve seen suspected illegal immigrants working for an Amish company.
“There must have been some correlation between the relatives and these people that applied for the jobs and then received the work at this company. For this to occur, 33 years of law enforcement, this is the first time I’ve ever seen this,â€AUT*AGERE*AUT*MORI (EITHER ACTION OR DEATH)

WHEELING -- The summer months are here, that means ideal conditions for working outside, but as some businesses hire, they do so the cheapest way possible.
That means they hire illegal immigrants to do the work.
Early Tuesday morning, Ohio County Sheriff Deputies put a stop to that for five men after what started as a routine traffic stop.
Four of the men were taken to the Northern Regional Jail after it was determined they are in this country illegally.
One of the men was a juvenile and was taken to the Lincoln Juvenile Detention Center.
Sheriff Tom Burgoyne agreed this is a growing problem, but, he said, the solution relies on the people that hire them.
The men told officers that they were drywall workers from Maryland and they were on their way to Indiana.
ICE officials have been contacted in this case.
