TX - Illegal Immigrant Charged with Kidnapping FW Girl From Her Home
POSTED 4:22 PM, OCTOBER 9, 2016, BY DIGITAL NEWS DESK, UPDATED AT 08:50PM, OCTOBER 9, 2016
Edis Moya Alas (Ft Worth PD)
FORT WORTH — An illegal immigrant is charged with kidnapping a 6-year-old girl from her Fort Worth home and sexually assaulting her.
He’s been identified as Edis Moya Alas of El Salvador.
Cops say they found the girl with Alas at Titus Park, not far from her home. They made the big break thanks to a neighbor who reported hearing screams in the area.
“The young child immediately saw police officers and ran towards us. She was very scared. She was very nervous,” Fort Worth PD told NewsFix. “We owe a great debt to the citizen that actually heard the screams and notified us to go into that field area.”
The girl’s parents say they woke up around four o’clock Saturday morning to find their front door open and their daughter gone.
Alas is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and aggravated kidnapping.

This breaks my heart to read story after story of these illegal aliens harming our citizens. We have enough of our own crime, gangs, and problems to deal with...we do not need more of this. We need our troops on the border now to stop this invasion.
No papers, no entry, no rights, no judge, no lawyer, no detention, no anchor baby. Turn them right back around..."Operation Return to Sender"!

FWPD learns more about undocumented immigrant who allegedly kidnapped, assaulted girl
Sebastian Robertson, WFAA 7:46 PM. CDT October 10, 2016
FORT WORTH -- Police detectives spent Monday going door to door, informing neighbors about an alleged sexual assault and aggravated assault that occurred over the weekend.
They're trying to determine if Moya Alas, 36, the man accused of taking a 6-year-old girl from her home early Saturday morning, had any prior relationship with the girls' family.
Brianda Gomez and her family were part of the desperate search to find a missing girl. Police credit vigilant neighbors with her safe return.
"Of course we're scared. Scared of leaving our kids alone,” Gomez said in Spanish. “What if someone takes them?”
Gomez’s daughter, also named Brianda, described the moment they realized the missing girl was found safe.
"I ran inside told my mom, I was like 'Mom, they finally found her,’” she told us. “We ran outside and we were crying and saying, ‘Thank you God for helping.’”
Fort Worth police say the girl’s father realized his daughter was missing around 4 a.m. and that a search by police family and neighbors started shortly after.
A neighbor heard screams from a nearby park, where police found the girl and soon after arrested Alas.
"Is it a family member, is it a family friend, is it a neighbor, or is it a random act? That's what we need to get down to," said Fort Worth Police Officer Jimmy Pollozani.
Alas is charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault. Police are wondering if there are more victims — if you have any further information, contact the Fort Worth Police Department.
Moya Alas also faces an additional immigration hold because he is in the United States illegally. The INS hold does not allow him to post bond.

So were the child parents illegal too? Sounds like it since one of them was speaking in Spanish. Of course that doesn't matter where the little girl is concerned because she is an innocent. However, if the parents are illegal, they need to pack up the family and head back to their homeland.

The US naturalization laws require all applicants to be able to read and speak the English language with very few exceptions. If the parents chose to speak spanish, that is 1 thing. If they could not speak English at all, then they are illegal (or from a generation of anchor babies that refused the English language in school or did not attend). Either way, they need to go!
