MCGREGOR - An illegal immigrant was arrested for sexual assault of a child under the age of 14 and for tampering with government documents.

McGregor police said 27-year-old Ruben Hernandez-Nunez was arrested after a 10-year-old girl made an outcry to them. Police said the abuse occurred over the last couple of weeks.

Hernandez-Nunez also has a criminal record. He was first arrested by a different agency in May 2013 for criminal mischief. It was determined at that time he was in the country illegally. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but an immigration judge allowed him to bond out. He was never deported.

Hernandez-Nunez is in the McLennan County Jail with a $255,000 bond.

In an all too familiar story, one of the illegal aliens who looks like an Obama son has managed to avoid serving the five year prison sentence that was handed down to him, dodge deportation by the Muslim in Chief and goes on to rape a ten year old girl. It’s actually even more familiar than you know, since liberal cities and the federal government refuses to name the legal status of criminals convicted of heinous crimes. Illegal aliens comprise less than 4% of the population but over 35% of the population in federal prisons.

Ruben Hernandez-Nunez was convicted of criminal mischief in 2013 but was allowed to bond out and never had to serve his sentence. ICE then did not deport him under orders from Obama. Then a ten year old girl reached out to the police and informed them that Hernandez-Nunez had been sexually abusing her for weeks. He is being held in lieu of $255,000 bail.

This should slow him down a bit. It could be weeks before he is back on the street and able to commit another crime.
Maybe it’s time we reinstate and old English law. That law allowed judges to free anyone they wished. But there’s a catch. Should that person commit another crime, the judge would also have to serve the same jail sentence. Very few prisoners were ever released.

A man who was in the country illegally was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl who says she is now pregnant with his baby.
The suspect, Jose Alejandro Najarro, is in Hays County Jail on an immigration detainer as well, WKBN reported.

Allegedly, he asked the girl in November of 2015 to come to his house in Kyle, Texas, and fix his television set. Once she arrived at the scene, he then reportedly started to kiss her, court documents said, the news outlet reported.

The girl initially turned away his advances, according to court documents. The girl later told police he forcibly removed her clothing and had sex with her. Months later, the girl took a pregnancy test at a nearby clinic and found she was pregnant.

The girl told police she hasn’t had sex with anyone else, WKBN reported. She also reportedly told police Najarro offered several times after the alleged rape to pay her to come visit, but she always refused.

Najarro was just arrested and given a court hearing this week.
