Police discovered 1,140 pounds of marijuana hidden in two SUVs at a Buckeye home, police said Monday.

According to Buckeye police, officers acting on a tip searched Saturday a house in the 20700 block of West Prospector Way. There, officers found the marijuana, two assault rifles, two handguns and about a quarter of an ounce of cocaine.

Buckeye police said four men were arrested at the house on suspicion of drug and weapons offenses. They were Adan Esquer, 36; Rafael Navarro, 32; Daniel N. Zavala, 34; and Lucio Valle-Bustamante, 32.

The suspects were booked into Maricopa County Jail.
