Feb. 2 - CEOs are reluctant to give up bonuss and other perks despite the recession because they feel entitled to them, say experts.

When Wall Street executives received 18 billion dollars in bonuses this year despite disastrous results, President Barack Obama said, shame on you. Fred Katayama reports from New York.
