Tony Blair Stands Accused

Malaysia must not allow this mass murderer to be immune from justice.

It is distressing to note that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has been invited to Malaysia as an honoured guest of an NGO when he stands accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity by many learned and independent scholars of international law.

The case against him looks rock solid, especially after his confession to the BBC and the Chilcot Inquiry that he would have gone to war to topple Saddam Hussein regardless of the issue of Iraq’s alleged weapons of mass destruction.

Indictments around the world:

The international criminal court to which Britain is a signatory has received a record number of petitions against Blair.

The World Tribunal on Iraq held in Istanbul in 2005 heard evidence from 54 witnesses and published rigorous indictments against Blair, former US president George W Bush and others.

The Brussels War Crimes Tribunal, the Blair War Crimes Foundation and the American international law jurist Richard Falk have amassed impressive evidence of Blair’s complicity in international war crimes.

Spain’s celebrated judge Baltasar Garzon (who indicted former Chilean dictator and president Augusto Pinochet) has called for Bush, Blair and former Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar to be prosecuted for the illegal invasion of Iraq, which Garzon has condemned as “one of the most sordid and unjustifiable episodes in recent human history”.

Many UK jurists have described the invasion as a devastating attack on the rule of law that left the United Nations in tatters.

Here at home, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission, after two years of meticulous investigation, received first-hand evidence from Iraqi victims of war that there have been grave violations of the international law of war in Iraq.

Last year, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, consisting of several international jurists – including Richard Falk from the US, Alfred Webre from Canada, and Niloufer Bhagat from India – unanimously adjudicated that Bush and Blair do not enjoy any immunity in international humanitarian law.

The main charges against Blair relate to his collusion with Bush in an illegal war of aggression against Iraq in 2003.

Crimes against peace: Blair repeatedly and deliberately deceived the UN, his allies and his own people that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction that could be rained on anyone within 45 minutes. In deceit and conspiracy, he incited passions for an illegal war.

The resulting amassing of an American, British and Australian invasion force outside Iraq and the invasion of March 20, 2003, were flagrant acts of lawlessness and an international crime.

The Charter of the UN contains a general prohibition against force as a means of resolving disputes. The unleashing of the horrors of war on innocent populations is permitted in only two circumstances by the Charter. First, legitimate self defence, under Article 51 in the event of an actual armed attack. Iraq had not attacked the US, the UK, Spain or Australia, and the argument about self-defence had no credibility.

Second, specific Security Council authorisation of force as a last resort to maintain peace and security under Articles 39 to 42 of the Charter. There never was such a resolution. The US and UK had tried to bulldoze one through but the Security Council was divided and the attempt failed, rendering the subsequent invasion a crime against peace.

Genocide and crimes against humanity: The Anglo-American alliance is also guilty of the heinous crimes of war, genocide and crimes against humanity.

The misadventure in Iraq has up to now caused 1.4 million deaths, four million refugees and countless maimings and traumas. Two to three million Iraqis are mentally and physically disabled. Iraq today is a land of five million orphans and one to two million widows.

There is near-total devastation of basic infrastructure, health, cultural and educational systems. Water systems have been contaminated. Iraq’s assets have been looted by the Allies.

In the prosecution of the illegal and racist war, indiscriminate rocket attacks were, and still are, being rained on civilian centres, killing thousands of innocent women and children.

In 2004, the entire population of Fallujah was expelled, save for young men of military age. Banned radioactive ammunition like depleted uranium, white phosphorous and cluster bombs have been used. Torturing of prisoners of war has been practised on a large scale.

These crimes of complicity by Blair are punishable under the United Nations Charter, the 1998 Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the Nuremberg Principles, Article 146 of the 1949 Geneva Convention and Article 3 of the 1907 Hague Convention.

What is also notable is that Blair has expressed no remorse whatsoever. Instead, he struts around the world as an apologist for the US in the Middle East and Israel. He recently received an Israeli “peace prize” worth US$1mil (RM3.2mil).

Malaysia must stand up and be counted among the community of civilised nations. It must not allow this perpetrator of epic crimes, who fakes faith in democracy and in “God’s work and God’s will”, to touch our soil ever again.

(Blair, who gave a talk at a local university in 2008, has been invited to head a line-up of speakers at the 2010 National Achiever Congress in Subang Jaya this weekend.)

If he does enter this country again we should arrest him. Regrettably, Malaysia has not yet ratified the Rome Charter, but we do have a Penal Code. Murder is a crime.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission has countless reports from Iraqi survivors against Blair for complicity in mass slaughters, tortures, looting and other war crimes. The police must act on these reports and arrest this mass murderer.

In addition, citizens’ groups must file complaints against Blair with the United Nations General Assembly and with the Attorney-Generals of countries like Spain, Germany, Belgium, France and the UK which have “universal jurisdiction” statutes to pursue and prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity.

A tribunal like the one that tried Nazis at Nuremberg and several Yugoslav and African warlords since then needs to be constituted.

The world needs to be reassured that international humanitarian law is not applied and enforced in a racist and selective way against Asian and African tyrants only. Imperial politicians from the West who destroy millions of lives should not, any more, be immune from justice.

Citizen's Arrest of War Criminals Tony Blair and George W. Bush

Professor Boyle's meticulously documented charges come shortly after news of a reward being set up in Great Britain for those who attempt citizens' arrests of crebibly accused war criminal, Tony Blair.

All over the world, citizens are mobilizing to take action to demand accountability from those who have been committing with impunity the highest order of international crime. About a year ago I joined this global movement. At an invited presentation hosted by the Sociology Department at the University of Winnipeg in March of 2009, I proposed that George W. Bush should be arrested during his forthcoming speaking engagement in Calgary Alberta. I began the paper by criticizing the ICC for focusing all its attention on prosecuting African war lords while ignoring the blatent criminality being displayed at the highest levels of the feeding chain of military, political and economic power. The presentation went more of less viral on the Internet.

Professor Boyle's intervention significantly increases the pressure that some of us have being trying to place on the ICC to enforce international criminal law against credibly accused war criminals in not only in Africa, but also in North America, Europe and Israel.

When I first presented these ideas at the University of Winnipeg, my host, Professor Heidi Rimke, and I were confronted by an organized group who surrounded us after my presentation and tried to associate my words with Nazi symbols. This surprising tactic spoke to me of the desperation and intellectual bankruptcy of the lobby seeking to prevent a real discussion of these vital matters strictly on their merits. Fortunately, there was a fairly strong reaction in Winnipeg and beyond that drew attention to the inappropriateness, to say the least, of such tactics to divert attention away from the need to address the culture of impunity that is permitting state-sponsored terror to proliferate in the name of the fraudulent Global War on Terror. As Professor Boyle indicates, this pattern of war crimes at the top is continuing and even accelerating during the presidency of Barack Obama.

As important as it is to show support for US and British-based initiatives to enforce the rule of law on the highest order of criminality, I humbly suggest that Canadians might want to get involved in similar initiatives unfolding in Canada. When George W. Bush came to Calgary, law enforcement officials ignored my efforts along with those of Lawyers Against War to provide them with evidence that the former US president had violated international law as well as the Canadian Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act.

When it became apparent that police would not adhere to the Nuremberg Principles by arresting Bush, my friend and colleague, Splitting The Sky, attempted a citizen's arrest.

An Attica Brother and Mohawk activist, Splitting The Sky had come to Calgary carrying a letter from his lawyer, the former US Attorney-General Ramsay Clark, outlining the case why the former US president should be arrested. We held a press conference the day before Bush's visit to inform the media of the existence of that letter.

Instead of arresting Bush the police arrested Splitting The Sky. The authorities jailed him and and charged the Mohawk activist with obstructing justice. STS's trial is scheduled to take place in Calgary Alberta in early March of 2010, which as I write these words is only about five weeks away. The local media, including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, has covered up the arrest and the circumstances behind it right up to this day. I lodged a formal complaint with the Ombudsman of the CBC, Vince Carlin, complaining about the public broadcaster's biased and unprofessional coverage.

Unlike the United States, Canada is a member of the International Criminal Court. If the government of Canada truly respected the jurisdiction and mission of this new and still untested court, it would have made sure that credibly accused war criminals George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Condoleezza Rice and other members of the Bush War Cabinet were arrested when they have touched down on Canadian soil during previous months. But given the present composition of the Canadian government, there is no chance that it will respect international criminal laws that some of its own members, including Prime Minister Stephen Harper, could and should be accused of violating.

Moreover all of those police officers who failed to arrest George Bush when they were presented with the possibility of doing so became complicit in violations of international law, including the Nuremberg Principles. Following orders does not provide a legitimate defense for officials who fail to uphold the rule of law when it comes to the responsibility of dealing with the highest order of international crime. Again and again we see evidence that the rule of law does not apply to those at the top of military, corporate, political and financial chains of command. Under these circumstances the idea that we live in societies governed by the rule of law has become a sad hoax.

Bush & Blair 2011 War Crimes Trial Gets Underway In Kuala Lumpur

It is so heartening to see one country standing up to those that have committed “War Crimes”

One must remember that the Foreign Ministers and Ministers for Defence in many countries also played a role in this deceit

Let’s just take a moment to see the excellent work carried out by Dr. Mahathir, the ex Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, back in January 2007, announced a War Crimes Tribunal that would focus on victims of abuse in Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestinian territories.

He said the tribunal — and an investigating commission linked to it — was necessary as an alternative to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which he accused of bias in its selection of cases to cover.

“There will be people who take this thing seriously,” he said. “This is not a show.” ”The one punishment that most leaders are afraid of is to go down in history with a certain label attached to them.”

“In history books they should be written down as war criminals and this is the kind of punishment we can make to them. We cannot arrest them, we cannot detain them, and we cannot hang them the way they hanged Saddam Hussein.”

“We think that it is time we set up a body, a tribunal, which will give an opportunity for these people to bring up their complaints to be heard.”

“The tribunal would be staffed by former judges and law professors from home and abroad, including a Malaysian former chief justice,” he said.

This wonderful man then went about setting it up, receiving evidence and complaints from many sources and also interviewing the victims of war. The War Crimes Tribunal is currently in session in Kuala Lumpur and can be monitored by anyone around the world.

I joined forces with Leuren Moret who lives in the US and is a lobbyist on issues of radiation and public health, specifically advocating against the use of Depleted Uranium ammunition. She worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She was appointed a citizen member of the City of Berkeley Community Environmental Advisory Commission on September 6, 2001 and served until her termination on January 4, 2006. Leuren has become a “Whisleblower” and staunch activist since leaving Livermore.

With my background in the military and also having a very good understanding of flight planning and weather ( especially the air flow of the wind and currents in the atmosphere) Lauren and I took on the task to research the topic and then decided to lodge a preliminary “War Crimes Complaint” for the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal.

Shock and Awe Baghdad

Lauren Moret had already participated in this Tribunal giving excellent evidence and I assisted her in providing air flow charts for her presentation which for the first time gave a clear visual explanation of the size of the problem and the fact that Depleted Uranium certainly does not respect any international borders.

Whilst Leuren was giving another presentation in Japan I sent her more weather data and charts on the upper winds and also one of the many monsoonal flow charts that unfortunately would bring this airborne contamination down to earth. I clearly remember that at the time an intense “Low Pressure Cell” was siting right over Japan which obviously made her presentation even more impressive. Depleted Uranium loves rain and snow and it is at such moments that the DU returns to “Mother Earth” to contaminate the soil, crops rivers and water table…….it is at this moment that the spread of contamination is beyond explaination………as Lauren once said to me “DU just loves snow.”

Below are a couple of examples of the charts I made up to show how these radioactive “Nano Particles” move around the earth and also get sucked into low pressure systems and hurricanes etc. The first charts shows the general distribution…..you will note the tight circle areas which denote low pressure……….the other charts shows a typical monsoon flow over Asia and the impact it has on the entire region…….especially over the Himalaya’s where it contaminates the many rivers of South East Asia and the Far East.

As previously pointed out the Preliminary War Crimes Complaint was submitted to one of the coordinators of the War Crimes Tribunal ( Mathias Chang) who had worked closely with Dr. Mahatir when he was the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

That Compaint is shown below in it’s entirety. You will note that Lauren Moret ( A US Citizen) has filed the complaint against George Bush the former President of the United States and the Government of the United States of America and I (a British Citizen) has filed the complaint against Tony Blair the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and the Government of the United Kingdom.

1. This complaint is filed by Leuren Kent Moret, who resides at 2703 Forest Ave. Apt. 2, Berkeley, California 94705, USA, and by Peter Eyre, who resides at 77 Nottingham Road, Derby DE1 3QS, England.

2. Leuren Kent Moret is a geoscientist with broad experience in environmental cycles and natural circulation systems, an expert witness on the use of depleted uranium (DU) weapons, and was an expert witness on depleted uranium (DU) weapons before the 2003 Tokyo Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan, which examined the use of depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Afghanistan by George W. Bush and the U.S. Government. Leuren Kent Moret files this complaint representing Iraqi victims of depleted uranium-related war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide pursuant to Article 2(1)(i) of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission.

Peter Eyre is a former British Naval Intelligence Officer, and a Middle East Consultant with a broad range of military experience having worked in theatres of war worldwide and also worked in Intelligence at NATO headquarters. He has a broad knowledge base and expertise covering environmental issues, meteorology, and weapons including depleted uranium used in the Balkans, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Gaza. He has worked in Iraq and met with many Iraqi Internally Displaced People (IDP) both within Iraq and Iraqi refugees in other countries. He also acted as a dangerous goods referral officer for shipment of radioactive materials and chemicals etc. Peter Eyre files this complaint representing Iraqi victims of depleted uranium-related war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide pursuant to Article 2(1)(i) of the Charter of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission.

Bush, former President of the United States of America from January 1, 2001, to December 31, 2008, by the Government of the United States of America from August 2, 1990, to the present time, by Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from May, 2, 1997, to June 27, 2007, and by the Government of the United Kingdom from August 2, 2001, to the present time in Iraq from the use of weapons containing depleted uranium (DU). Depleted uranium weapons are recognized as radioactive poison gas weapons developed under the Manhattan Project in World War II by the United States Government. Already illegal and in violation of the 1925 Geneva Poison Gas Protocol, depleted uranium weapons were described as a highly mobile indiscriminate killer and permanent terrain contaminant, recommended for development in the declassified Manhattan Project memo dated October 30, 1943. Known as the “Groves Memo”, from members of the S-1 Poison Gas Committee, Chairman Dr. James B. Conant, Dr. A. H. Compton, and Dr. H. C. Urey, it was directed to General Leslie Groves, Director of the Manhattan Project. Airflow charts of the region around Iraq demonstrate how the depleted uranium gas and dust is widely circulated in many directions, depending on altitude and seasonal changes including rainfall.

Bush, former President of the United States of America (January 1, 2001, to December 31, 200, the Government of the United States of America (August 2, 1990 to the present), Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (May, 2, 1997 to June 27, 2007), and the Government of the United Kingdom (August 2, 1990, to the present) have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide with depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Iraq as this map clearly demonstrates that depleted uranium weapons fail the “Territorial Test” because they continue to act off of the battlefield. This is one of four tests used to determine the legality of weapons under international law. The depleted uranium gas and particulates, including sub-micron sizes, are carried by air masses and become components of global atmospheric dust, leaving the area of the battlefield and indiscriminately, permanently, and cumulatively contaminating air, water, soil, food, and civilian populations at local, regional, and global distances from the battlefield.


6. George W. Bush, former President of the United States (January 1, 2001, to December 31, 200, the Government of the United States of America (August 2, 2009), Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (May, 2, 1997 to June 27, 2007), and the Government of the United Kingdom (August 2, 1990, to the present) have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide with depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Iraq because depleted uranium weapons fail the “Temporal Test” since they continue to act after the battle is over. This is one of four tests used to determine the legality of weapons under international law. The depleted uranium gas and particulates, including sub-micron sizes, have a half-life of 4.5 billion years. It takes ten half-lives for radioactivity to diminish to an insignificant amount. In the case of the high tonnage amounts of depleted uranium weapons used since August 2, 1990, to the present, it will take longer than ten half-lives or more than 45 billion years for the global radioactive pollution from this pernicious poison to diminish. The Universe is currently thought to be approximately 14 billion years old.

7. George W. Bush, former President of the United States (January 1, 2001, to December 31, 200, the Government of the United States of America (August 2, 1990, to the present), Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (May, 2, 1997 to June 27, 2007), and the Government of the United Kingdom (August 2, 1990, to the present) have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide with depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Iraq because this airflow map clearly demonstrates that depleted uranium weapons fail the “Environmental Test” because they are unduly harmful to the environment. This is one of four tests used to determine the legality of weapons under international law. The depleted uranium gas and particulates, including sub-micron sizes, unduly harm the environment by becoming globally mixed in one year, poisoning regional water sources such as headwaters in the Himalayas where 9 major rivers of SE Asia originate with 1.3 billion people downstream: Indus (Tibet, Pakistan, India), Ganga-Brahmaputra (India, Bangladesh), Yangtze (China), Ymaura, Ganges (India), Sutlej, Meghna (India, Bangladesh), Mekong (China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam), Ayeyarwady (Myanmar). The oceans, and land masses are also contaminated. In such a globally contaminated environment, air, water, soil, food, and blood are exposed to depleted uranium particulates, which continually and cumulatively increase the environmental contaminant level and the radioactive biological burden of all living things.

Many tests have shown leukemia in both Iraqi and Algerian people, camels and other animals. Within a given tissue, like blood, the cells vary greatly in their response to radiation and dose rate, the time, and period of exposure.

It is known (Eitam et al. 1976) that camels have high resistance to the various environmental stressors found in the different environments in which they live, and that their erythrocytes have osmotic resistance to hyperthermia and also to radiation effects.

The high hemolysis was observed in blood samples of camels, which had stayed a long time in some contaminated regions. From different studies and results, which were measured in our laboratory, erythrocytes of healthy camels showed a high resistance to heat and radiation. At the same time the human erythrocytes show more sensitivity to effects of radiation. That means the humans in these regions are more severely affected by the ionizing radiation.

This is one of four tests used to determine the legality of weapons under international law. The depleted uranium gas and particulates, including sub-micron sizes, act synergistically with other toxins both on and off the battlefield, multiplying their harmful effects by at least a factor of ten, and enter the body through the skin, by ingesting food and water, and through inhalation. They are transported throughout the body in the blood. Because of the chemical heavy metal effects, radiation effects, and particulate effects of uranium, they cause long lingering illnesses, death, infertility, congenital birth defects, infant mortality, reproductive cancers, diabetes, neurological and neuro-muscular diseases, resulting in inhumane suffering in the civilian population, future generations, and military personnel. Nano-size particulates are the most lethal biological poison known because they act as non-specific catalysts and enzymes causing disturbances in the chemical processes of the small molecules of the cells that make life possible.

She reported decreases in fertility, abnormal uterine cells, and increased reproductive cancers in female mouse pups born to pregnant female mice exposed to depleted uranium in drinking water. Depleted uranium has a chemical affinity for phosphate structures which are concentrated in the mitochondria, that produce the energy for the body, and also phosphate is concentrated in the DNA. The mitochondria in the collar of the sperm if damaged results in male infertility.

Radioactive uranium that is inhaled in soldiers on the battlefield and by workers in factories may bypass the brain’s protective barrier by following nerves from the nose directly to the brain.... once in the brain it may affect task and decision-related types of thinking.
The inhaled isotope accumulated at 2 to 3 times higher levels than the injected isotope in the olfactory (smell) paths from the nose to the brain and in the frontal cortex and hypothalamus of the brain. This is concerning because the front part of the brain controls the executive function, which is the broad ability to gather information, make decisions and initiate action.

The United Kingdom 2003 Hutton Inquiry defined Weapons of Mass Destruction when Martin Howard, Deputy Chief of Defence Intelligence was asked the following question:
Lord Hutton: “...when the dossier refers to weapons of mass destruction, would that include artillery shells that might have been loaded with gas? When one thinks of weapons of mass destruction one tends to think of missiles that have a range of 200 or 300 miles. But the term includes artillery shells?”
Martin Howard: “It certainly does, yes, that are filled with chemical weapons or biological weapons.”
Depleted uranium weapons include but are not limited to artillery shells, DIME explosives (used in Gaza), kinetic energy penetrators, shape charged liners, counterbalances in aircraft, helicopter rotor blades, nuclear weapons, and 4th generation nuclear weapons designed at the Los Alamos and Livermore nuclear weapons labs in the United States and reported to have been used in the Israeli attack on Lebanon. Dr. Chris Busby, low level radiation expert for the British Government and the European Parliament reported that experimental 4th generation nuclear weapons were identified from bomb crater samples on the Israeli-Lebanon border following the Israeli attack on Lebanon. Chemical and radiological tests conducted at the British Government radiation lab at Harwell on the bomb crater samples provided scientific evidence that 4th generation nuclear weapons were in the depleted uranium bunker buster bombs provided by the United States Government and President George W. Bush to the Israelis for destruction of Lebanon. There have been indications that experimental types of nuclear weapons have been used in Iraq, which is consistent with experimental weapons testing being conducted by the United States Government under cover of warfare conducted in other countries.

At the 2003 World Depleted Uranium Weapons Conference in Hamburg, Germany, Professor Katsuma Yagasaki, University of the Ryukyus, Japan, calculated that 800 tons of depleted uranium released into the atmosphere has the atomicity equivalent of 83,000 Nagasaki bombs, and therefore cannot be categorized as “conventional weapons” as the United States British Governments claim. The use of these radioactive poison gas weapons is an illegal and unrecognised covert, invisible, global nuclear war causing depopulation and decreased fertility in the Iraqi population resulting in rapid genocide. The global effects are already being reported in the official 2008 United Nations Report on “Changes in population and Fertility: 1950 to 2050”.
Due to the high level of contamination in Iraq, these effects can be expected to be greatly accelerated in Iraq.

The fire at Camp Falcon was started by Iraqi mortars fired into over $1 billion worth of depleted uranium missions stored at the US military facility in southern Baghdad. Such high concentrations of depleted uranium released at one time by the fires would have had a very large impact on contamination of the environment and public health both in Iraq and regions downwind.

In a June 1, 1948, article in the Tulsa Tribune, “Radioactivity Lingers Longer in Water Blast”, indicated that the most efficient nuclear war is delivered by rain:
It has been suggested, however that in the absence of a large body of water near a city a bomb could be exploded in the middle of rain clouds. The dispersion of fission products over the ground might then be even more complete than in an underwater burst.

Globally diabetes rates have climbed from 30 million in 1986, the year the Chernobyl disaster occurred, to 230 million by 2006, a 767% increase in 20 years primarily due to the use of depleted uranium weapons in Iraq and Afghanistan since August 2, 1990. According to the United Nations, the number of diabetics is expected to reach 350 million by 2025. China and India now have the highest diabetes rates in the world. In 1978 the Chinese diabetes rate was 0.6% of the population, by 1995 it was 1.5%, and by 2000 it had increased to 2.4% or 31 million diabetic patients. The annual growth rate was 13%. In 2006-07 it reached 20.98%, the year when the US military and coalition forces carried out 835 air strikes in Iraq and Afghanistan in July alone, the peak rainy season of the monsoon cycle in Asia. Uranium levels in Los Angeles drinking water were measured by Los Angeles Power and Water Company and it was reported in their annual report that uranium levels doubled in drinking water that year. Diabetes is associated with obesity and heart disease.

22. George W. Bush’s and the United States Government and Anthony Charles Lynton Blair and the Government of the United Kingdom use of depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Iraq constitute war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide because they had foreknowledge from a 1990 report by the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) warning of a humanitarian and environmental disaster in Iraq before the August 20, 1990, Gulf War I began. In 1990, the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) wrote a report warning about the potential health and environmental catastrophe from the use of depleted uranium weapons in Iraq. The health effects had been known for a long time, in fact they were stated in a U.S. declassified Manhattan Project Memo to General Leslie Groves, dated October 30, 1943. The UKAEA report sent to the UK government warned "in their estimation, if 50 tonnes of residual DU dust remained ‘in the region’ there could be half a million extra cancers by the end of the century [2000]."

Bush’s and the United States Government and Anthony Charles Lynton Blair and the Government of the United Kingdom use of depleted uranium (DU) weapons in Iraq constitute war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide because regional airflow charts compiled by Peter Eyre, a former military intelligence operative who served at NATO headquarters, a professional meteorologist, and a professional flight planner with extensive knowledge of weather systems and airflow patterns depending on altitude, provide a scientific basis for understanding the local, regional, and global dispersion of depleted uranium particulates and gases. His knowledge of secondary contamination from dust and sand storms common in Iraq, and from helicopter downwash, establish that remobilization and airflows in the region of Iraq repeatedly re-contaminate the environment and population of Iraq. The airflow charts of Peter Eyre also provide evidence and proof that the global population and environment is also exposed to the depleted uranium weapons residue originating in Iraq. It is very clear that depleted uranium weapons are Weapons of Mass Destruction because they are indiscriminate killers, result in the local, regional, and global poisoning with a permanent and pernicious poison, and that they result in destruction of the environment and human population from long lingering illnesses and inhumane suffering and death.

Finally in closing I would again confirm that the above document was filed as preliminary evidence to the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal. Leuren Moret and I continued to work on this document for over a year after its initial completion and to this day that document (well over 100 pages) remains incomplete.

The unfinished document was being compiled to a very high academic level as even more and more evidence came to light. You may even be shocked to learn that the US also used Tactical Nuclear Weapons in the Tora Bora mountains of Afghanistan in an attempt to smoke out Bin Laden and Al Quada……most of the world’s public thought that the last usage of nuclear weapons was used against the Japanese in WW2……that my friends was a total lie!!…..the other lie is that Al Quda doesn’t even exist…..this is the best “False Flag” (con) the west as ever created….an illusion to spread Islamaphobia around the world so that they can impliment their own evil and greedy “Geo Political Master Plan.”

The writing and compilation of this document by Leuren and I was extremely difficult and frustratiing with many delays caused by the inteligence agencies intercepting our communications and trying to sabotage its final conclusion.

In closing I would like to thank not only Leuren Moret but also Dr.Mahatir and the people of Malaysia for their determination to put Bush and Blair on trial. It is clear that many others (since these two evil leaders) have followed down the same path and should also be on trial. They include in particular all the Presidents, Prime Ministers and Governments that have continued on a war footing since the Iraq War ((including their Foreign Ministers and their Minister of Defence).

David Cameron is right up their with the best of them for not only taking us to war, yet again (Libya) but also for his own extremely illegal trip to South Africa in the summer of 1989 when he, Sir Ken Warren and others mastermind a plan to purchase “Three Battlefield Ready” nuclear weapons from Pelindaba (South Africa Nuclear Research Facility) and have them shipped without security from Durban – Oman, had them stored in an insecure compound and then allowed them to be stolen again and sold on the Black Market. That is why Blair took us to war in Iraq in the first place but failed to disclose to us all that in actual fact they were not in Iraq and had been relocated elsewhere. One of those bombs was eventually test fired by North Korea!!

That not the end of the story because (as I have pointed out previously in another article) David Cameron, Sir Ken Warren and an elite group of very senior politicians (including Sir Mark Thatcher - Maggie’s son) formed a private “Big Boys Club” to siphon off a great deal of tax payers money into their own pockets. This also resulted in £17.8 million turning up in the Tory Party election fund which to this day has still not been account for. ………Don’t beleive me?…….Then read on with this explanation and note the actual account from Hansard!!!

Was it right for ministers to issue Public Interest Immunity Certificates – so-called gagging orders – to try to withhold documents that could be useful to the defence in the Matrix Churchill trial or even the current Chilcot Inquiry?……you need to ask dear old Ken Clarke the answer to that question as he was the instigator…… Justice Secretary Ken Clarke said “Courts needed procedures to prevent sensitive secrets becoming public.”…….you bet Mr, Clark…that is why you created the Public Interest Immunity (PII) for your gang of “Shonky Politicians” who had so much information to offer and you simply had to “Gag Them.”

I again ask the same question I have asked so many times before …..”Did ministers conspire to mislead the British public” ?


We can now add to the list of senior figures that of John Major, Tony Blair and later Gordon Brown who were either aware or involved in all of the above and thus carried out an act of deceit or withheld the truth from the British public.

What I find totally unacceptable is the fact that every government is professing to be totally transparent in its dealings. We had a classic case back in those dark years whereby the government of the day could rip off the British Tax Payer to the tune of £17.8 million, send it to an offshore banking outlet, and then bring it back into the country to prop up the Conservative Party Election Fund. This fraud was monitored by Margaret Thatcher, John Major,David Cameron, Tony Blair and many other senior political and yet to this day has still not been accounted for. Tony Blair himself received £1 million from Bernie Ecclestone, the Formula One chief, which was covered up as a donation from the tobacco industry (I didn’t know that Tony was such an heavy smoker!!). It should also be remembered that Dr David Kelly was the only person in mainstream UK MoD tasked with being in the loop for that covert offshore procurement of battlefield nukes from Apartheid South Africa. Basically his future was clearly mapped out for him once he decided to become a whistleblower!!

In 1992, central office received £20.7 million. When we asked about that and about company donations, the Tory party told us to look at company accounts.

I repeat: in 1992, the Tories received £20.7 million. When the records were checked by Companies house, only £2.9 million was shown in company accounts. That means that there is a deficit of £17.8 million. We want to know where that £17.8 million came from.

Mr. Tim Smith: The hon. Gentleman has made the suggestion about the accounts of the Conservative party that was made by a member of the Select Committee last week: that no accounts had been published between 1979 and 1983. They were published, and I undertook to send copies to the Select Committee.

Mr. Hoyle: I gave way to the hon. Gentleman because I expected him to tell me where the difference of £17.8 million came from. I shall give way again to him.

I am told that he is a treasurer of the Conservative party. I give way to him now so that he can stand up and tell us where the £17.8 million came from. Does the hon. Gentleman care to do that? I am waiting. I do not think that we shall get the information from the horse’s mouth. We certainly did not get it from the Secretary of State.

Mr. Mike O’Brien (Warwickshire, North): As a member of the Select Committee on Home Affairs, I have to tell my hon. Friend that he is being very unfair to as on the Conservative Board of Finance and who represented 84 constituencies. He said:

Mr. Hoyle: I am grateful to my hon. Friend for that intervention. Perhaps only two people know where the funding came from. One is Lord McAlpine, whom the unfortunate President of the Board of Trade (Heseltine) apparently saw on his visit to Venice. I join the Secretary of State for Employment in hoping that the right hon. Gentleman has a speedy and full recovery and is soon back in the House.

However, the President of the Board of Trade (Heseltine) visited Lord McAlpine, and Lord McAlpine is one of the men who knows.

The other person is perhaps someone to whom my right hon. Friend the Member for Derby, South (Mrs. Beckett) referred–Sir Brian Wyldbore-Smith. He is apparently a director of the Conservative Board of Finance–a curious name, but a curious job, too. Apparently, Sir Brian used private addresses to receive cheques–they were not sent directly to central office. They were made out to him personally, eventually passed on and often paid into an offshore account in Jersey, a tax haven.

They eventually landed at central office with Lord McAlpine, whose office, I understand, was always kept locked except when he was in it, so that the secrets could not be given to the rank and file or to members of the Cabinet. Therefore, my hon. Friend the Member for Warwickshire, North (Mr. O’Brien) is right to say that Conservative Members do not know where the funding came from.

I wonder why there is no inquiry into the source of this fund and why governments are always pursuing tax fraud cheats but do nothing about this particular case?…….having said that I need to also point out that Gordon Bowden and I have been trying to expose massive massive fraud that is taking place in this country each and every year…….billions of pounds are going missing and massive tax evasion but still they do nothing……the Serious Fraud Office, the FSA, the LSE, the AIM and all senior politicians know and still do nothing……why you may ask?……..its simple really……they themselves are implicated with their associated corporate directors and their very close banking elite…….that is why the world’s economy has collapsed…..that is why all the governments of the world are implementing harsh austerity measure on the poor victims of this greed ( the tax payers) and then at the opportune time the “The New World Order Army” (World Bank and the IMF) move in and take over their countries with their own puppets in place to guide them into a lifetime of unsustainable debt…….”Get the Picture” ?

A War Crimes Tribunal in Malaysia has found former US President George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair guilty of war crimes for their roles in the Iraq war, Press TV reports.

The five-panel Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal decided that Bush and Blair committed genocide and crimes against humanity by leading the invasion of Iraq in 2003, a Press TV correspondent reported on Tuesday.

In 2003, the US and Britain invaded Iraq in blatant violation of international law and under the pretext of finding weapons of mass destruction allegedly stockpiled by former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.

The Malaysian tribunal judges ruled that the decision to wage war against Iraq by the two former heads of government was a flagrant abuse of law and an act of aggression that led to large-scale massacres of the Iraqi people.

Bombings and other forms of violence became commonplace in Iraq shortly after the US-led invasion of the country.

In their ruling, the tribunal judges also stated that the US, under the leadership of Bush, fabricated documents to make it appear that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction.

However, the world later learned that the former Iraqi regime did not possess WMDs and that the US and British leaders knew this all along.

Over one million Iraqis were killed during the invasion, according to the California-based investigative organization Project Censored.

The judges also said the court findings should be provided to signatories to the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court, and added that the names of Bush and Blair should be listed on a war crimes register.

One must remember that the Foreign Ministers and Ministers for Defence in many countries also played a role in this deceitLet’s just take a moment to see the excellent work carried out by Dr. Mahathir, the ex Prime Minister of Malaysia.Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, back in January 2007, announced a War Crimes Tribunal that would focus on victims of abuse in Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestinian territories. He said the tribunal — and an investigating commission linked to it — was necessary as an alternative to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, which he accused of bias in its selection of cases to cover. “There will be people who take this thing seriously,” he said. “This is not a show.” ”The one punishment that most leaders are afraid of is to go down in history with a certain label attached to them.”“In history books they should be written down as war criminals and this is the kind of punishment we can make to them. I joined forces with Leuren Moret who lives in the US and is a lobbyist on issues of radiation and public health, specifically advocating against the use of Depleted Uranium ammunition. She worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She was appointed a citizen member of the City of Berkeley Community Environmental Advisory Commission on September 6, 2001 and served until her termination on January 4, 2006. Leuren has become a “Whisleblower” and staunch activist since leaving Livermore. With my background in the military and also having a very good understanding of flight planning and weather ( especially the air flow of the wind and currents in the atmosphere) Lauren and I took on the task to research the topic and then decided to lodge a preliminary “War Crimes Complaint” for the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal.

Lauren Moret had already participated in this Tribunal giving excellent evidence and I assisted her in providing air flow charts for her presentation which for the first time gave a clear visual explanation of the size of the problem and the fact that Depleted Uranium certainly does not respect any international borders. Whilst Leuren was giving another presentation in Japan I sent her more weather data and charts on the upper winds and also one of the many monsoonal flow charts that unfortunately would bring this airborne contamination down to earth. I clearly remember that at the time an intense “Low Pressure Cell” was siting right over Japan which obviously made her presentation even more impressive. Depleted Uranium loves rain and snow and it is at such moments that the DU returns to “Mother Earth” to contaminate the soil, crops rivers and water table…….it is at this moment that the spread of contamination is beyond explaination………as Lauren once said to me “DU just loves snow.”Below are a couple of examples of the charts I made up to show how these radioactive “Nano Particles” move around the earth and also get sucked into low pressure systems and hurricanes etc. The first charts shows the general distribution…..you will note the tight circle areas which denote low pressure……….the other charts shows a typical monsoon flow over Asia and the impact it has on the entire region…….especially over the Himalaya’s where it contaminates the many rivers of South East Asia and the Far East.

As previously pointed out the Preliminary War Crimes Complaint was submitted to one of the coordinators of the War Crimes Tribunal ( Mathias Chang) who had worked closely with Dr. Mahatir when he was the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
That Compaint is shown below in it’s entirety. You will note that Lauren Moret ( A US Citizen) has filed the complaint against George Bush the former President of the United States and the Government of the United States of America and I (a British Citizen) has filed the complaint against Tony Blair the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and the Government of the United Kingdom.

Finally in closing I would again confirm that the above document was filed as preliminary evidence to the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal. Leuren Moret and I continued to work on this document for over a year after its initial completion and to this day that document (well over 100 pages) remains incomplete.
The unfinished document was being compiled to a very high academic level as even more and more evidence came to light. You may even be shocked to learn that the US also used Tactical Nuclear Weapons in the Tora Bora mountains of Afghanistan in an attempt to smoke out Bin Laden and Al Quada……most of the world’s public thought that the last usage of nuclear weapons was used against the Japanese in WW2……that my friends was a total lie!!…..the other lie is that Al Quda doesn’t even exist…..this is the best “False Flag” (con) the west as ever created….an illusion to spread Islamaphobia around the world so that they can impliment their own evil and greedy “Geo Political Master Plan.”
The writing and compilation of this document by Leuren and I was extremely difficult and frustratiing with many delays caused by the inteligence agencies intercepting our communications and trying to sabotage its final conclusion.
In closing I would like to thank not only Leuren Moret but also Dr.Mahatir and the people of Malaysia for their determination to put Bush and Blair on trial. It is clear that many others (since these two evil leaders) have followed down the same path and should also be on trial. They include in particular all the Presidents, Prime Ministers and Governments that have continued on a war footing since the Iraq War ((including their Foreign Ministers and their Minister of Defence).
David Cameron is right up their with the best of them for not only taking us to war, yet again (Libya) but also for his own extremely illegal trip to South Africa in the summer of 1989 when he, Sir Ken Warren and others mastermind a plan to purchase “Three Battlefield Ready” nuclear weapons from Pelindaba (South Africa Nuclear Research Facility) and have them shipped without security from Durban – Oman, had them stored in an insecure compound and then allowed them to be stolen again and sold on the Black Market. That is why Blair took us to war in Iraq in the first place but failed to disclose to us all that in actual fact they were not in Iraq and had been relocated elsewhere. One of those bombs was eventually test fired by North Korea!!

That not the end of the story because (as I have pointed out previously in another article) David Cameron, Sir Ken Warren and an elite group of very senior politicians (including Sir Mark Thatcher - Maggie’s son) formed a private “Big Boys Club” to siphon off a great deal of tax payers money into their own pockets. This also resulted in £17.8 million turning up in the Tory Party election fund which to this day has still not been account for. ………Don’t beleive me?…….Then read on with this explanation and note the actual account from Hansard!!!
Was it right for ministers to issue Public Interest Immunity Certificates – so-called gagging orders – to try to withhold documents that could be useful to the defence in the Matrix Churchill trial or even the current Chilcot Inquiry?……you need to ask dear old Ken Clarke the answer to that question as he was the instigator…… Justice Secretary Ken Clarke said “Courts needed procedures to prevent sensitive secrets becoming public.”…….you bet Mr, Clark…that is why you created the Public Interest Immunity (PII) for your gang of “Shonky Politicians” who had so much information to offer and you simply had to “Gag Them.”
I again ask the same question I have asked so many times before …..”Did ministers conspire to mislead the British public” ?
We can now add to the list of senior figures that of John Major, Tony Blair and later Gordon Brown who were either aware or involved in all of the above and thus carried out an act of deceit or withheld the truth from the British public.
What I find totally unacceptable is the fact that every government is professing to be totally transparent in its dealings. We had a classic case back in those dark years whereby the government of the day could rip off the British Tax Payer to the tune of £17.8 million, send it to an offshore banking outlet, and then bring it back into the country to prop up the Conservative Party Election Fund. This fraud was monitored by Margaret Thatcher, John Major,David Cameron, Tony Blair and many other senior political and yet to this day has still not been accounted for. Tony Blair himself received £1 million from Bernie Ecclestone, the Formula One chief, which was covered up as a donation from the tobacco industry (I didn’t know that Tony was such an heavy smoker!!). It should also be remembered that Dr David Kelly was the only person in mainstream UK MoD tasked with being in the loop for that covert offshore procurement of battlefield nukes from Apartheid South Africa. Basically his future was clearly mapped out for him once he decided to become a whistleblower!!

Bush Administration ‘Guilty’ Of War Crimes

A tribunal has found members of the Bush Administration guilty of war crimes.

Last week, the War Crimes Tribunal in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, found former President George W. Bush guilty of the crime of torture and war crimes.

The verdict was delivered by a five-panel tribunal that also found former Vice President Dick Cheney; former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld; Alberto Gonzales, former counsel to Bush; David Addington, former general counsel to the Vice President; William Haynes, former general counsel to the Secretary of Defense; former Assistant Attorney General Jay Bybee; and John Yoo, former Deputy Assistant Attorney-General guilty of war crimes.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission is an initiative of the Kuala Lumpur Foundation to Criminalize War, an organization created by former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in 2007 to examine abuses of Western governments in Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestinian territories.

Though the commission has no real authority, it carried out the hearings like a legal proceeding complete with a presiding panel of five retired judges and legal scholars, along with prosecutors, defense counsel and witnesses. The result of the commission’s guilty verdict will be that the names of the persons found guilty will be entered in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals.

The group says that because war crimes are covered by universal jurisdiction, the tribunal judgments “can be used by any government to arrest and subject convicted persons to a trial.”

After a four-day hearing in November regarding the commission of crimes against peace during the Iraq war, the Tribunal put Bush’s name on the list along with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and urged nations to arrest the two men.
