Activist Fights NC Illegal Immigration Bill tonight at General Assembly

William Gheen of the national organization ALIPAC will be available for comment to the media at the NC General Assembly tonight where state lawmakers are expected to vote on a bill (HB 786) that would provide licenses and jobs to illegal immigrants.

William has succeeded in stopping prior bills that offer benefits such as in-state tuition to illegal immigrants, and was instrumental in getting legislation passed that ended North Carolina's prior policies that provided illegal aliens with jobs and licenses. The national organization ALIPAC has stopped bills like HB 786 that encourage illegal immigration in more than 25 states.

"North Carolina citizens are going to be very upset with these lawmakers if they give illegal immigrants licenses and jobs by passing House Bill 786 this week!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "National and local polling shows large majorities oppose licenses for illegals because our citizens know this will only attract more illegal immigration into our state and eventually cost our citizens more jobs, taxpayer resources, and lost property and lives!"

ALIPAC is announcing to the public that the federal Political Action Committee will oppose the US Senate campaign of GOP Speaker of the House Thom Tillis for his behind-the-scenes role trying to pass HB 786 to provide licenses and jobs to illegal immigrants.

William Gheen is a lifelong NC native and prior Assistant Sgt At Arms to the NC Senate, NC Legislative Assistant, and campaign consultant providing services to many current lawmakers. Mr. Gheen appears in the national media as well as on many NC talk radio shows on a regular basis. He will be available for comment tonight as he goes door to door to speak with NC lawmakers.
